Better than nothing. Great to send tools to prospects... when it's working. But if I had a dollar for every time I had to delete and reinstall this thing, I wouldn't have to work my business in the first place. "We cannot recreate this error internally" is about the extent of the tech support I've even gotten. So... it is what it is. It does make things easier (when it isn't making them harder), but if there was a different prospect app for LegalShield, I'd definitely try that instead.
This app is fantastic. But like many other people on here it has times over the last few months when it doesn't work at all the way ots supposed to. I prospected 3 people yesterday and couldnt send them anything because there is nothing to send them. My business parner experiences same issue. I uninstalled and then reinstalled today but now I cant sign on at all.
This App is not dependable!!! Just when you need it...it will not work properly!!! I keep having to uninstall and reinstall...not good! It needs improvement! When sending a Video...I click Contacts...select my choice then click Resourse next to events and the page will not upload or open...it's like it is stuck. Not good for business!!! At all!!!!
I like the app but have been experiencing issues a lot recently. Such as contacts not showing, or resources not showing or the app not showing the prospects activity accurately. I always have to delete then reinstall which is annoying cause it's like I gotta do it 2 or 3 times a month. Idk if it's like this on IPhone but please fix it for android phones
I can't get this app to work. I have installed, uninstalled, factory reset my phone. I can get it working for a few hours then DBerror(1):null. After that, I might as well uninstall and start over. Tech services has no idea what's wrong. I just wanted the app to work!
Terrible. Won't load correctly. I have loaded it 30+ times... Very poor app. I have reached out to Legalshield tech support and they have no idea why the app is not working on my phone. Need help from Rapid Funnel. They said that they contacted me, I did not get a call, text or email. Pior service.
Awesome Import and Auto Response notifications Feature. If I knew how to seperately send ads at everyone at once, it would save me time. I love the Resource section! I love the predetermined aides available to personalize our items sent out. THANK YOU PBLS PS
Love the app and all it can do, but it has been glitching out a lot for the past month or two, and the only fix I have found is to uninstall and reinstall. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying. I've had to do this about once a week.
bad review. using galaxy s7 and after installing. all the setup works up to the part when u add a contact. when i try to send a resource to contact it says a error message saying server is having problems connecting . try later. rapid funnel has bad customer service no human to talk to. disgusting app.
This app would be great if I didn't have to reinstall it every single day for it to register that I am in advantage associate
Its worked for me so far. I have it on my IPhone and now downloading it on my Galaxy tablet.
When I try to access the resources in Prospect, it never leaves the "loading data" screen. I can't get it to actually load on either of my devices. Without that, it's not much use to me. Please help.
Usually a great tool for my business but haven't been able to send ANY resources to my potential clients at all for a while. Very frustrating. I've had to go through old texts an emails to get the information out. Please help me to fix this
I am having problems getting on to Prospect. Samsung is asking me to use my fingerprints to prove my identity. I tried, it keeps going back to the old way of signing in, yet its not accepting it. I have had this problem before, I was instructed to uninstall the app then reinstall after a while. It's not working
Hard pass. Requires a subscription for Associates. Not worth it. Edit: Developer response clarifies the fees area not for the app. This does not matter, and it's a smoke screen for no usable features for reps who don't subscribe.
I enjoy this app alot. I had some issues with my reminders being set with the time I set it at. I have made sure my timezone is right within the app. I also have uninstalled and installed it.
This app hasn't worked well for at least 2 weeks. Prospect activity stopped. Contacted Associate Services, then Technical Services. Neither much help. Until then the app was the best tool to assist you.
Love the app, it has a lot of good components to it, however, it has sent links to my contacts that I did not generate. One contact was truly bombarded with links, making me look desperate to get their business
I love prospect by LS!!! I use it alot. To send out captures and events. Plus it just got two new tools added to it. Awesome!!!
App doesn't let me log in. And when it does let me log in everything I click on just doesn't load. Tried over wifi and internet, also have tried unistalling and reinstalling.
worked great until the 2/19 update. cant text a resource anymore and doesn't seem to by syncing anymore with the online dashboard. please help! I used this a lot.
keeps crashing, too many issues to name since November 2018, ongoing issues since with no resolution, no customer service, no time to keep emailing getting generic responses.
Since last update I've been having problems with app reloading page while I'm in the middle of choosing a resource to send to a possible prospect.
tried it. doesn't work. uninstalled it. worthless. got an email ending new link. fix didn't work either. total waste of my time. pos
The app was giving me issues but support team didn't move as fast I like. They did a great job resolving the issue. This is why I love this business and app
Having issue - everytime I go to change state/province, the app crashes. Update: works good now 👍
I have Prospect on both of my phone devises; however, can't also have it on my desktop?

Great App to use in field, communicating to potential members, businesses, and showing just how easy it is!!! Great intergration in today's society
It would be great if there was a list of reminders, sorted by date (like a to-do list) accessible from the sidebar menu. I know that they *should* appear in my calendar (which works only 1/3 of the time). The way it works now is ok for follow ups for new contacts, because you have them in mind. But for follow up reminders for 3 to 6 months, or even 1 year old contacts, it is not practical. Not difficult to develop, but would be sooooo useful to have.
