They got so close, and missed by so far. The app functions fine, however functionality is VERY limited. They boasted about NOT making it to compete with Manager. That makes sense, however there's so many things you could do with this that wouldn't compete, instead compliment. I'd love to talk one on one with some developers and help make it better and more user friendly in the shop. Currently it's nowhere near worth the price per month. With some updates and changes, it may be.
Mitchell is trying to make an automotive shop repair facility app that technicians or service writers can use on tablets or phones. It doesn't do much good at all because you can't sort, filter, or even display just the work orders you need to see or which ones are assigned to which technicians.
We use this in our Auto Shop. Our customers love it and tell us it's great to see what we are seeing! We can text or email pictures to our customers. Has been a great asset!
At $135 per month on top of manager se monthly cost is a little outrageous... I mean it should come with manager se... especially when you have the highest price subscription.
Super Excited. We've been waiting for this app to roll out. Finally its here. 😆😂
excited for this
I tested it but Bolt on's Mobile Manager pro is light years ahead. I love the concept of not having to leave manager se to see the inspection and where they are in it but over all you cant add additional parts or add on to the part total from the tablet. The DVIs look great, simple to navigate but lack the auto population like Mobile Manager Pro. You guys did a good job on the look and the integration feature but right now it's worth $50 bucks a month just for the lack of features it brings.
