App was working absolutely great and then earlier this week it wouldn't let me access because it was showing that it needed an update. There were no available updates. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Not useful. I saw that others were having the same issue. I downloaded a different Prosperity Bank app. This seems to work. (Same logo but has blue background)

Worst app I ever had. Never works. Always crashes. And then when it updates I can't access it at all afterward, and sometimes it won't even let me update it. It crashes more than it actually works, and for an app that handles my money and is supposed to help me manage it, this is purely ridiculous. I don't have an income, so I haven't been able to buy food for myself in several days due to being unable to see how much I have.

!! Read if having trouble with the 11/18 Update. !! I had problems with the new update, until I talked to a friend that works at Prosperity. There is a totally new App that you have to download, it has a blue background instead of a white one, and you can find it if you scroll down on this page to "Other apps by Prosperity". It actually works right! Hope this helps everyone!

Been able to use the app for two or three years without any problems now for the last few days I have not been able to log in to access my account. Seeing as I need to be able to access my account this is very frustrating and it makes me partly want to switch banks for an app that works smoother. Please fix immediately!

App is broken. On starting, a pop up says an updated is needed. Pressing update takes me to Google Play but no update is available. Deleted & reinstalled the app. On starting, it said "Downloading Updates" but then the same pop up appeared as before which took me back to Google Play. After several restarts, the behavior persists although sometimes it hangs for awhile after saying "Downloading Updates". Edit: There is a new app in the store you have to install. This is dumb Prosperity!

I have been using this app for years but the last update has it stuck in a loop. I know the site was down for changes a few weeks back and since then the app doesn't work. It tells you you need to update the app, you click update, it shows it's up to date and the option is to open, which just tells you to update.

I am constantly having issues with this app. I'm frequently given an error message that my app needs to be updated when I try to log in. However, it's always updated and done so automatically. The log in and navigation of the app is also slow and seems to constantly lag in functionality.

The app login process takes too long. I have so many passwords. It needs an option that allows specific devices to remember the passcode via biometrics. My other bank apps have this feature. Now I have to keep going to the bank for any small detail. Like checking the balance on the account.

I initially had no issue with the app, however, recently upon startup, the app has a popup message that insists I update the app because the current version is not synchronized with the servers. I attempted re-installing the app, but the issue is recurring.

The older version worked much better. The new version automatically takes the photo for mobile deposit and I constantly get my deposit rejected for a bad image. You don't have an opportunity to see if the image is blurry to correct it!

Forced to use new app - that doesn't exist. For a while now I've gotten messages saying Prosperity is going to transition to a new mobile app - the problem is that this app has yet to exist in the app store. I've checked repeatedly, and now we reached the deadline for the old app, and still no new app. This is beyond poorly planned and handled.

So far I love the app. No inconveniences until yesterday. Every time I go on the app it says it needs to update and sends me here yet there is no update option. I reinstalled it many times yet the problem keeps up and its preventing me from accessing my accounts. I'm about to go visit family so not being able to access my account is quite bad for me 😅

I really think this app needs to allow for Samsung pass, not a fan that you cant find your routing number, mobile deposit would be nice, and actually removing old closed accounts would make it much less confusing. Other than that, pretty well done.

Worked good for awhile. Now it's been 2 months since I have been able to login the mobile app. It's frustrating not being able to look at my statements with a busy schedule. I'll change my rating as soon as yall fix the issue.

Same issue that everyone else is facing with this new "update." I'm going on 3 days and there hasn't been an actual update. I'm just barred from viewing my balance. You'd figure with an app as heavily used as this one that they wouldn't update until all the bugs were eliminated.

Decent for basic viewing and transfers. App is super slow and lacks desirable features. Would be nice to be able to send money to others without using an outside app like PayPal, Venmo, etc. At least to other Prosperity accounts that are not your own.

Bad company, poor support for the app. It always bugs out on my phone and constantly tells me it can't find internet connection. Now I am trying to check my balance and they've updated the app and system but not submitted it to google play yet. So here I am guessing what my balance is and what bank to change to..

Updated the app as I was instructed, but the app still won't open. Each time I try to open it I receive a message telling me it's incompatible and takes me to the play store to update...which I've already done! Very maddening and frustrating!

Congrats on having the worst banking app in the app store. Not only has your bank STOLEN money from me causing my rent check to bounce, but I am not AUTHORIZED to do anything with my account so cant add any money to stop it from bouncing. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone. I will be looking for a new bank.

It worked fine when I downloaded it originally. Now it's saying there's an update, but when I try to get it updated there's not one in the playstore. It just says the last update was back in September 2019. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Made me update the app, and it keeps re-routing me to play store to open. I hit open, and it reroutes me back again. It doesnt work. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Original was fine. Please fix, I cannot see my own account!!

No longer works on my Galaxy after the update. It says the application version is incompatible with the server. Please update your application...but it gives me no option to update so I deleted and downloaded the app again and still can't access it.

I only use this app for mobile deposit. simple and fast. The only recommendation I have is for the app to auto capture the check image. Aligning the image and pressing the capture button is cumbersome. Wells Fargo has this auto capture feature.

After they "fixed minor bugs" the app keeps crashing. It updates but then crashes again. I wonder if Prosperity& developers of the app going to fix this. Its been a few months already and nothing been done! It keeps crashing!

For those that aren't aware of the new app, download the one with the blue background. I uninstalled the old one, but the app store still showed the old one. Scroll down past the reviews and you'll see the new one with the blue background.

Had this app less then two days. And it crashed and never was fixed. Had to uninstall and then reinstall. Let you know in a bit if it helps. The new download still doesn't work! Agrivated!!
