Support horrible, used app for two days. No refund offered.
When I imported my contacts a significant portion of their information was lost and screwed up all my original contact information. Now I have to fix hundreds of contact and figure out how to reconstruct their notes. Couldn't even link the Google drive files because the button doesn't work.
Upped it to a 2 star only because it was easy to get to a customer service rep to explain they are currently working on this issue, with an update coming. Hope so...like using Copper a lot.
Relatively unhelpful app with login issues. The desktop app is pretty good, but due to EXTREMELY POOR customer service and deceptive cancellation policies and procedures, I cannot recommend the use of this CRM. Try Hubspot instead.
This is a very awfull app, the support can't even help with anything it just template reply. The app and the website always full of bugs and not worth any cent!

If you are a naif/newbie to selling, I suppose you could adopt to the rules of this application. If you want a CRM to follow your established and proven processes and intuitions, this is a nightmare. The support people seem more intent on fighting you and defending the forced "logic" than adapting the system to your actual needs.

Just the CRM I was looking for, links with Google Calendar and Gmail brilliantly. Is there any way the app on phone can link with Gmail app to add new contacts?
As of 1/6/22, continually crashes when open in Android. Can't use at all.
