Use Protege Mobile Credentials to replace your existing card or tag, simply download a credential from the in-app menu and have the supplied site code and card number entered in against your user in the system*.
* Requires NFC capable device and TSEC reader with firmware build 178 or above

On my Samsung S9 it is a total failure. Huge waste of money. The installer promised it would work on approach but does not work at all. Work love to learn an upgrade was coming to get it working
Galaxy S9. Worked first time after I learned to shake to activate. Hasn't worked since. Have logged out and back in, switched between BT and NFC, no luck. Back to card I guess. Too bad, this had a lot of promise.
Help by supplier has been so poor the app for me does not have the simple functionality I want. In short great package I am sure from the developer, just buy from a supplier who wants to help not just make a sale and walk away.
Recent upgrade (early May) not working at all well, regularly dropping out in the midst of use and one has to start over...extremely frustrating
I can't open my credentials. I have reached out and received a standard email, asking me to sign in. I am not the company , I need the mobile app to access the beach. Big problem no one will help
Whenever reopen the app after minimised, it refreshes the screen from scratch and so slow rate and never go back to same page.
Hello. I am system installer, and some clients who have big system with many users and areas cant use this app because all users can use all areas in app, even areas that not belong to them.
Doesn't load at all, now I have issues opening the gate of my apartment complex, always something with this app.
For phones that work is fairly good. For Samsung a50 series it simply does not work. Very frustrating
Works simply and with out fault. Another card gone.
Is internet required to login to the app and gain access to my building? Can the app be used and mobile credentials work without an internet connection?
App works well with both WX and GX. The Mobile Credential (Bluetooth, Shake, and NFC) doesn't work at all on Samsung Galaxy A51. Couldn't get the TSEC reader to even recognize it. It works on my Pixel2 XL very well. But not my clients A51. Could someone please look into this for us? Regards, Bryan Parker Security Watch of Canada
Great app with lots of funtions. Just very slow to open (android tried on multiple phones and iPhones).
Great app, features are useful, proximity unlock works great with the right settings, love the building opening for me as I walk in.
Great app. A homescreen widget that requests a mobile credential and presents it to an NFC or BT reader without having to open the app would be a welcome improvement. Also, fingerprint authentication should be implemented.
Loving the app. Super slick the NFC credential is tops! Little bit biased of course ;)
Great app that keeps getting better
Love it with one exception. I have multiple sites on one GX server, but can't add more than one site. The app says the place already exists on this login. Same server different site.

Biased, but I love it!
Having intermittent issues. I use the app on a daily basis and some days it will not open past the loading screen. It is a pivotal app as we use this for digital locks throughout my work and I cannot access the places I need to.
