Not a user-friendly interface. Also, every other restaurant app gives you something free on your birthday. From what I read in the app about the reward levels, when you spend $88, you get "exclusive offers and a free treat on your birthday." Not sure if I misunderstood the wording, but you guys aren't making yourself competitive with that type of reward system lol.
I haven't been able to open the app for three months. I have lost out on SO many points because of this. I go to protein bar almost daily. This is ridiculous.
App consistently crashes when attempting to view Profile. Other than that, it works fine and is convenient for preordering. Wish it had more detailed nutrition information.

Easy to use
After placing an order at my local Protein Bar before work it processed and showed me my receipt. However when I got there the order refunded itself and so i had to place a new order when I was there which caused me to be late for work. The point of online ordering is to have the order ready to go when you are on the run. It doesn't help if the application decides not to work
I have ordered just one of Mexicali burrito for my lunch and the app triggered an order of 7 of same burritos. Very strange!! It's better you check the order when you are placing and transaction history too. For the Team, it's better to fix the app and release it to Android store as many might face this issue if not the brand reputation might lost.
Crashes all the time and i was never able to place an order due to there always being an "error has occurred "
Works okay, but crashes when selecting Profile from menu. Not a disaster.

Do not like the fact that I have to pre-charge $25 to my credit card on file.
When I changed phones, the App no longer recognized my account or even had a way to log in, so I lost all of my rewards and progress. Support never responded with a way to work around the problem, so I dumped the App.
Hate the fact that the app forces me to order about 30 minutes ahead, and then they don't prepare my order until I arrive. Kind of defeats the purpose of using the app.
Stores don't check for order before you arrive. Confusing interface.
The ability to pay in store with this app is flawless and so convenient can't wait to try the new order/delivery features. 💯👍🙏

They sent me a $5 off email. I spent $6 the next day and it was prior to the expiration; however, the credit didn't post. I emailed the customer support twice and still have not heard back. It's a good concept, but they obviously haven't figured out how to make it work and they don't have enough people supporting the product, so I would steer clear of it until they get it figured out.
Super easy to use and better than a credit card. Getting close to rewards!
This app does not like to download on my phone and i hate it because i can not get my protein in order so that is way i gave this app only1star
Recently, the app crashes when I try to open it. I've tried reinstalling it multiple times. I was forced to place my order through my phone's browser instead of the app... Which was very frustrating 😡 I hope they fix it. Until they do, I will leave it off my phone.
