In derivatives increasing lot/quantity is difficult. Each time we need to manually multiply the qty and to place orders. Instead if you update with -/+ option on qty/lot field it will be easy to increase or decrease quantities or lots without manual inputting.. thanks if you implement this soon.

Functionality to create chart views is not available in charts. This functionality is available in regular HDFC security app. Many times touch select does not works. No functionality to authenticate using finger scan. If you login in one app you get logged off every else. Such functionality is available in other brokers app, as it helps placing simaltaneous order palacement and viewing of charts and other data for analysis. The app need lot of improvements.

Ridden with bugs, doesn't show portfolio majority of times. Open trades don't refresh timely. You have to switch views to get latest data. Buy button hides when trying to click in option chain. 100 clicks to see derivative positions. And worst is their stupid login system which takes 3 inputs and login expires in 30 mins. No fingerprint auth. Can't believe this is a premium offering. Pathetic.

Really needs improvement in order to become competitive. Lacks the saving of studies feature in charts, which is a major drawback. We have to repeatedly set the parameters each time we open charts.

Very poor app by hdfc sec. Don't know what to say. One most important thing in market is to know p/l for taking entry or exit. It's not available. One column of unrealised p/l sum is not provided. You keep counting till market goes elsewhere. very low class app developers. The main reason is hdfc IT is below 1G speed. Prices in open positions don't change to ltp say 1/m or 1/hr. That's why no sum. This is no pro. Some small font display visual changes n nothing more effecient compared to old

2 days ago I can see the graphs of every single stock but now whenever I want to see the graph it shows blank ... I have uninstalled this app several times but the problem isn't fixed .. plz. look into the matter .. help me without candle graph I am facing lots of trouble each & every day .. !! My device Is - OnePlus 7

Not happy with the performance at all. From today when tried to open the App it asks to update the App which is mandetory and when it takes you to Play Store, there is notbing to update. I checked on other phone too, there also same problem. Please fix the problem immediately.

What the heck? In market hours, mobile site and desktop site both are down for maintenance. Ridiculous. Now know your margin is not working for last one week and no update no solution. No expiry trades allowed in dervatives. Brokerages as high as 1000+per lot on index futures and 100+ per lot on option and on top of it repetitivr system issues. customer service cant solve. 0 rating.

There is no option for MPIN login or device finger print login. Pls develop this app on par with sbi securities and Angel broking. Trading is very easy in those apps and there is lot info abt market and future coming IPOs etc. Auto refresh too is not there.

Only Trading , Other Functionalities Missing. No Reports. Normal Mobile App is more useful but that is not supported on my Lenovo Yoga Smart tablet. Don't know why this version was required..

Working smoothly but there should be option for 15/30 minute and 1 hours future build up so that one can set as per there requirement .The build up suddenly change and its its very difficult to trade as per the current build up.

It takes lot of time for opening new pages , needs improvement over its speed Also , charts to be made available in this terminal Below average Main reason for giving below average is becasue of it's speed . Very slow Still lot of changes needed

very good app and needs option cahin data...... will complete the app only that is missing......btw hdfc should also focus pre-programmed strategies ready to be deployed..... nowadays the chart isnt showing tried reinstalling it again but still no .

Dear sir,while using fibonacci retracement setting button is not activate in destop verdion.so I am not properly use fibonacci retracement tools in desktop .Also in mobile app fibonacci retracement can not draw. Please provide this tools in pro terminal App. you are requested to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This Is a classic bug infested app... Even 12 year olds can write better applications. Less spoken of the servers the better, takes ages to log on, uhh ohh the pricing is premium though. NEVER GO FOR HDFCSEC. They are The WORST in class who won't care to respond to customer plains too

This is a paid subscription app. Free app is much better. HDFC Securities should work on it. No finger print or PIN base log in. Not happy with this app. It should be like desktop version. Poor app.

issues is not device specific. even in my laptop the pro terminal doesnt load fno properly. half the time it doesn't know. stop replying with a copy paste msg. and solve the problem in the app.

I also can't see the chart of any stock picture is blank when chart is opened I have reinstalled the app so many times nothing happened. My device is Samsung J8

It was good but until the charts on Android running Pie version is not showing up. Dear Support, please resolve. Verified on Oneplus 5t, Samsung s10.

excellent app. one missing tool is supertrend in charts. iif it is made available, it will be very much handy for traders

Very slow, many times hangs up. Hdfc need to upgrade to new and fast apps like other securities angel, karvy etc ....

I use a Samsung Galaxy Note8. Advanced Charts are very slow to load and render even on this phone.

roll back to earlier version. this version is buggy. app does not respond at time and does not show open position. performing as bad as discount brokers. risky

Can you provide faster mobile; I mean faster hardware and software for the great speed and only for HDFC group.

Charts are not coming , fno are showing wrong dates . Orders cannot be placed in some cases . Graphs / charts are not coming for last 1 month .

It never favours it's customers gain in the trading. The reported bugs were never looked at by the team. Totally dissatisfied with the app.

This app is quite good. But some fetcher are not add such as TSL i. e. trailing stop loss is not available in PROTERMINAL terminal app.

unable to login in this app. always get the message "unable to complete your request, please try after some time!"

i can not sync the settings in the app that i did on the charts on my laptop i. plz put this function also as it will help a lot
