Protocol Galileo App

It won't even open on my phone it won't connect it does nothing very dissapointed we have tried everything and it seems like nobody helps with the questions or problems either. What a loss

Nice.. took me a minute to figure out how to share it on facebook. If you havent figured out how... on android anyway, you cant take the video from your gallery folder. you have to find your "My Files" folder, usually under your aps. goto device storage-unless you moved it to sd card,then go there. go to "GALILEO" folder then to "Galileo_V (for video) or "Galileo_P(pictures) select the 3 dots in the upper right corner, hit select, choose which file you want, the hit the share icon at the top and choose where you want to share it to. Hope it helps P.S. also download VLC ap to play the video. still cant cut or edit it though

Seems to work well however I'm still left disappointed. I'm a bit spoiled when it comes to tech. I hoped the app did more but I can't complain due to the price compared to other models.

I don't know if it's the app or the camera on the drone that's messed up. I just got the drone the other day the camera worked fine but now today I tried using again and it wont reconnize the camera is connected but yet the phone connects to the camera by wifi with no problems. Has anyone else have this issue? Besides the fact the small issue the app is awesome

Think the app is good, the only issue I really have is you can't download video or still photos to your computer or internet. The camera seems a little laggy, this is my first drone and not for sure what to expect. Has anyone figured out how to download video from the files on the app? If it weren't for that I would rate this a 5+, but since you really can't do anything with video except watch them from your device the software is on. If anyone figures this out or maybe I'm doing something wrong, please reach out and put something out so we can share our pictures with family and friends.

Needs updated so we can view the videos. Stops working when trying to play the videos and closes. For those who want to use the camera feature and watch the videos after words, download VLC player for Android, open it and scroll down to Galileo, open then find media, you can play videos from the Galileo through that.

Works for live streaming and taking pictures. But I can't get the videos that I took to play back. The app crashes when you try to open them. Pictures are available in my phone gallery. The videos do not. They only show up in this app and will not play. Fix this issue and I'll give 5 stars.

Unable to play back videos please fix, if anyone has a android download VLC for android in the app store (orange traffic cone) it will let you play back the videos

Sure its cool to let people see the feed while flying. But it does not playback video. Fix the problem and it will get a better review.

All features work fine. You have to press the record video to watch your playback. One of the better drones I have bought

I have an Lg G4 and the app doesn't load. It just sits with a picture of the drone. Does anyone know how to fix this.

The camera needs better quality I am using the galaxy s5 and the quality is not the best

Way to have a wi~fi drone that dont work dont buy this drone at of time the app dont work I tried 3 different smart phones and nada if you just want a drone it work I got it to take pictures and it dont .fail

This app is easy to use to record but you need to be fluent in digital media conversion to hope to share any of the videos you are taking. Make a share button and 5 stars is assured!

Good drone and all but when I open the app. It Jost stays on the screen

Can not do anything with video or pictures, it would be nice to be able to email or post them.

I have turned the Galileo on by itself and have never had it working in terms of the slow flash red lights. Can you elaborate or create a video on how to connect?

Comes on and then turns rt off before you can get any thing about it on the screen

Cannot edit video or open on android videos ...lacks any basic features....being generous with 2 stars.
