Awful. Can't get it to sync with my phone. Please stop selling these devices to the public. Who ever invented this you should be ashame. You should go back to the drawing board.
POS fell apart as soon as I opened it! Don't buy items. App is worthless if tracker doesn't work
Maybe the app isn't right but I've seen and there is no such thing as "GNC Fitness" original app anywhere oof

Waste of MONEY and will not connect
Does not sync with PT-5200 device aka GNC fitness tracker which is no longer supported. Doesn't even tell you a Bluetooth sync password (seven zeroes, not four...) and then doesn't recognize device once paired. Help link forwards to website which doesnt exist. Obsolete?
This is totally useless. It will not sync with the device. The device itself seems to work on manual but otherwise the worst €50 I ever spent. Given the number of really poor reviews how are outlets like HMV still selling these. Did this company not carry out an effective trial before releasing this poor product onto the market. Unfortunately I probably cannot return it at this stage as I have spent so much time trying to get it to work. Stay well away from this product.
Won't connect to my band and work with a Galaxy Phone either. Yes was a waste of time and money. Would not recommend.
Doesn't sync with band unless you uninstall and install again. When does sync numbers are way out .Band records walking when you are sat down Feel I have wasted money buying this activity band
The idea is good. But didn't they ought to make sure it does what it says on the box before they market it? Uninstalling doesn't cure the problem. It started off syncing OK, and it worked for about 3 weeks, then suddenly appears to be about 40 seconds out of sync with the clock on the phone, and will not sync at all. The only way to cure this, I have found, is to wait until the battery has died, then reset from the beginning. I can't find another way to reset it. This deletes all the history.
Needs to work. Will not sync with the wirst band. Looks like this may be a waste of money. It did work but the information down loaded was not the same as on the band. The band seems to be ok but it looks like the app is no good. With all the complaints I see why is taking so long to correct the problems?????? 4-02-15 app updated yesterday now will not sync with the band. What does it take to get the app working correctly? ??
I haven't had one bit of trouble. Maybe they got the kinks figured out.
I tried connecting my band to my device but it would only say "this may take a while" then it would say "sorry please try again later"
I was able to sync once and that was it, the device and app refused to go any further.
Vidonn smart tracker works with this watch, is a solution. This app is pretty much useless because I need a pin to get it to work with my watch. Posting this comment for others to find solution.

would give it a zero if I could. Taking the watch back since I downloaded the app and have bluetooth on and can find no avliable devices. Waste of time.
