This app is useless on a Google Pixel 2. It crashes immediately every time you click on your name.
doesn't work on up to date pixel 3, app crashes every time you login
Crashes after you enter ID and pin number.
Does not work on Samsung
Got ID and pin from providence, entered and saved, works like a charm. It's sole purpose is to show you your card, and that is exactly what it does. Not sure why so many people can't figure it out! It's not rocket science. Call providence and get the ID and pin if you can't figure it out.
I tried repeatedly to login & it refused to login w/error of *Invalid Login*.I have confirmed ID & PIN with Providence. Using a MOTO E4.
Firstly, the PIN is on the lower right back of your card. Second, save your login information. Boom. Now you can leave your card at home or in your second wallet. It crashed after I selected my name after login. However, when I tried the second time I had no problems. If they can fix the crashing issue then they are golden.
USELESS. There is no point for this app to exist. This requires me to have my card at all times or remember the ID# and the PIN#. Then why would I need this app? It does not even remember this information. Have to enter it every-time. Okay it can fax/email to someone. If already have a card, I can do this myself using my phone's camera. Other institutions are providing a way of carrying an e-card that is easy to access -- no remembering ID/PIN# s or needing a physical card. USELESS. Also, it should have given a hint as to where to find the PIN#. Now I know after googling that the PIN# is on the back of the card. If it is NOT a big secret, why not help out the user a bit. Again USELESS. I would rather carry pictures of my card myself... problem solved, saved space, no need for a internet connection.
Displays an image of your card(s). Works on Motorola phone. Installs on Samsung Galaxy S tablet but crashes instead of loading the card.
This has been working before I got my new phone with Android 7.0. Now it just crashes every time you try to view an insurance card. Please fix.
Always "invalid login" with right information entered. Great idea if it would work with newer Android operating systems.
Won't let me see card, when I get to the main screen and put in my member ID and pin and push login it keeps saying no network connection.
Note3, work at website but not this application.
Just what I wanted--no longer have to carry physical cards. To find your PIN, look at "Read More" in the description.
App will not work either on our android or iPhone. It keeps stopping before generating an I'd card. Tried installing 4 different times
PIN # is on BACK SIDE of Card in lower right corner. On my card, the word "benefits" overlaps this 4-digit small font PIN #. Very stupid to overlap PIN # with text and make it hard to read. Saving login info saves both the ID # and the PIN #.
The pin is located on your health plan card. Mine was on the back, on the bottom right corner.
This is a good idea but I think all the bugs need to be worked out. When I try to log on, it says invalid login. This is confusing because I am entering the right information.
What's mean, pin code? How do I get that pin code? Do I have to go through website to link this app? I have a membership number, and password to login on the website, but I don't have pin code to login on app. Is there any one to suggest me to get pin code?
Worked beautifully! Was able to fax/e mail my card to my provider!
Allow for pin acquisition from app or through employee site maybe.
Very convenient! Came in handy when I needed it.
Very useful app. Thank you!
F/C on all three phones: tbolt, incredible, MOTODRIOD. Junk app, don't bother.
Had no problems using it. Would make it more useful if there was a link to our myProvidence account.
Like many others, we came Login. I just got off the phone with customer service to verify my info and it is correct. Uninstaller until fixed.
Discontinued. Providence will no longer be providing this service. Carry around your card.
Doesn't work. Spent time on the phone with the customer service dept and they had no answers.
