Providence Health Connect

This app is so user friendly. It is an absolute necessity if you see a Providence provider. You can see the summary page and notes from the doctor for each of your visits. you can also check the results of all testing done (blood work, urine sample, x-rays, surgeries, procedures, etc.). You can also send & receive messages with your providers & make appointments online. It is fabulous having everything you need, to stay on top of your healthcare needs.

It is glitchy, unresponsive, and does a good job of being infuriating. In order to check your previous billing you have to search for your payments... Which don't show what you actually have paid. Could be improved if there was one single plan or goal for how this should work and actually talked to users.

False Advertising. I downloaded the app because it promised to allow me to send and receive messages directly to and from my doctor. The walkthrough had screenshot examples of a doctor responding to the patient and everything. Every time I try to message my doctor to give follow up information after a visit, I get a generic response that says something like, "Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. I can help you set up an appointment with your doctor." 3 stars for records access.

Enlightening Eyeopener! This app is a must have for every patient. Unbeknownst to me, a doctor had diagnosed me with a disease/disorder & never gave me a summary or revealed to me what he had done. I don't think that is/should be allowed. Especially a mental illness with all it's stigma. If I hadn't gotten signed up at my Dr's office to use this app, there was no other way this info would've been revealed to me. I was also able to go back 9 years to my doctors at different offices.

I'm totally happy now with the way I get to open up this application I have no problem using my digital recognition I use it at different places so I know this works .However sometimes I get to reassure is me so I do get to enter the information which is saved and ready to be used at anytime I really didn't like the way that I was signing in and having to change the password every time

So far, so good. While I was hospitalized, I was able to see test results before nursing staff and was able to ask more educated questions because of MyChart. I recently began utilizing MyChart for prescription refills, messaging with Dr/nurses on status of scripts and just general questions. I have also communicated with the billing dept thru MyChart. Found my vaccine data on site. The only thing that worries me is that ALL of my personal medical data is there....is their security ok?

A complete and utter waste of time. The phone app had me to re-enter all the info I'd previously entered on my PC when I'd created and confirmed my account to "check in" for my upcoming appointment. But after doing all this I figured getting the app running on my phone would be easy. No! After all that data re-entry the app could'nt verify my account. Now I needed to call an 800 number. 95 minutes hold time later I hung up and deleted the app.

I absolutley love this app! How lucky am I to be able to check my test results at my own convience and keep track of my past and upcoming visits with who when and where this app is so easy to use very simple. App tells you who is a part of your care team and you can actually message them thru app including your primary Dr. ! This has been a true positive asset for my life. You will see questions answered for yourself. You become more aware of whats going on in your own health. I love it.

Not syncing. I received an email that I have messages but when I log into my account, it doesn't show my profile photo and none of my messages or medical history are available. There's no way to contact Tech support. How am I supposed to access my medical files? This is ridiculous.

easy to access all my health information in one spot. from medical records, vaccines, appointments. it's great. only complaint is I can't create and access one for my kids under same account. please make this possible and it'll be perfect

I love this app. I can see my test results before I even have my appointment with the doctor. All of my appointments show up on this app, all my medications are listed and I can request a refill right from the app. Also if I need to have a new prescription or need to talk to the nurse, I can just get on the app and send a message to the nurse and I get an answer back right away.

Update broke it. Now has white screen freeze after user name input. Useless. Back to the web version... Too bad, it was working well.

Love being able to connect with my doctor so quickly and easily! It's also great having all my health records at my fingertips.

When it works, it is pretty good. When it doesn't, it is horrible. Usually it does not accept my password and so I usually have to give it a new password if I haven't visited in a few days. Right now, it is rejecting me and not accepting the number it gives me to get it going again. This is after successfully using it yesterday. I really don't like it.

This app is garbage, as is the unresponsive and useless tech support and customer service. Don't get involved.

It seems less than user friendly. Sends me a email, telling me I've got a statement. Still can't find statement.

Don't/Won't use mychart, especially the day of my Doctor appointment, as I awaited in waiting room, my cell buzz and someone wanted me to established an acct with mychart. I had never heard of them till that msg. I have Providence app and it is sufficient and site is easy to navigate and simple. I msg help desk at Mychart and told them I Dont want to use mychart.

No ads while using app. You're able to look at past and future appointments as well as communicate with your doctor if needed.

I love this app it's user friendly. And it's very convenient, you can message your doctor any time.

No clear way to access my information. Seems l have to change my password every time before I can get to my account. Very cumbersome.

I had a my chart account with my vaccination information. After installation of the app "my chart" has no information. Awaiting test results but "my chart" has no record.

MyChart is so cool you can find anything out about yourself that they have tested for done to you any appointments coming up any tests and you're late on or haven't had it all it's just really cool I completely advising either check it out.

Its easy enough to use. Like having access to all my files and reminders for upcoming appointments.

After downloading the app and clicking open, I get a black white page with green borders, unable to proceed with anything, no way to get anywhere if the white page. I uninstalled and reinstalled it twice with the same result.

I am unable to vocalize right now due to cancer.This app is perfect with the messages area it takes the frustration out of trying to make appts when people hang up on me because they can't understand me or I can't speak loud enough to be heard. I can refill my meds,make apps,get test results,converse with whomever I need to etc.

I really liked it. The app exceeded my expectations. I don't always take my computer with me when I travel and it's nice to have access to my medical records in case of an emergency.

Entered app through email. Told me that I would get verification code via email. Had to leave app to get back to email to get code. Went back to app through email and was told the code wasn't correct. Never did get checked in for upcoming appointment. Very disappointed.

The app is really convenient and makes accessing urgent care so easy. The providers have been so helpful and friendly, I have been appreciating that the most of all.

I would like tha app a lot better if I could add my toddler to my account to see his information and Dr. Appointments I have looked and can't find a way to add him

I really enjoyed this app I'm able to leave a message I'm able to schedule an appointment is just an all-around good program
