Great functionality in this app only problem is that it takes over the whole touch panel including the home button and the back button and the button to toggle between apps. This making it impossible to close the app. I can work around it but it is a major design flaw.

Absolute garbage. The screenshots must be for a different app. This looks like a webview gone wrong. Just black text on a white background, no actual visuals. Clicking what turned out to be a link took me to another page where I couldn't do anything but scroll. Terrible.

Recent set of updates make this a really well functioning and visually appealing app. Layout is updated and now has all of the features available under my (regular) web account. Also noticed that they released biometric authentication for our accounts now (face and fingerprint IDs). Very beneficial security update. Works quite well, and overall very impressed with this update.

Crashes every time I try to view statements. Used to work, but about a month ago a bug hit the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Very disappointing!

Fantastic app to manage mortgage. Clean and bug free experience, clear presentation, excellent tools, fast payments. Everything is literally at the fingertips.

No app graphics at all. Just random text fields all over a mostly white screen. I contacted PF directly and told them about their app. Seems like it's news to them.

Okay for what it is. Doesn't have biometrics login, uses an ugly looking skin similar to Windows programs in the 1990 instead of native UI or anything modern.

The information and content is good but the design with that wood background makes the app terrible to use. Please for the love of design do something modern, material design, flat design or something modern other than this.

The rate is super low compared to other lenders. PROVIDENT is asking a lot more documents but once you give them you are all set and enjoy your great rate...

For the last few months I keep getting logged out as soon as I sign in! Can't make payments or check account information at all! Used to work great before that. Very disappointed.

the app is out of date. No any graphic, only text. hard to see the displayed data.

Difficult to go through evaluation process, i.e. they are very conservative, but once you are approved their services are awesome and convenient.

Easy to use, everything is clear and easy to understand. Best mortgage app ever!

The app is not optimized for tablet usage. The tablet navigation buttons cover the app navigation buttons.

Once i logout, it almost impossible to close the app and move to another screen.

Has a lot of the features I used online like the calculator. A little clucky like popups block submit button on making payments
