Post the new update the app still continues to open up at a very very slow pace....sometimes it crashed too! In addition to that, it's very confusing to reschedule a delivery and see the dates the delivery is set to. The old app for scheduling a product in the month view was a 100 times convinent to use!
The app just does not work. The screen just goes blank when you try to navigate through the app. All attempts to place orders through the app failed. All attempts to make payments failed.
App works very slow and most of the time shows an error " Unable to communicate with the server". Also in wallet payment there is no payzapp option it has been removed? Pls add it and work on making this app run seamlessly...
Pathetic app after upgrade, Earlier it was so smooth and clean, from 6 days I am not able to make changes to subscription. Please look into it
5 Star for Milk quality and on time Delivery , but issue is with new upgraded app. I think it's launched without any testing.. Please rollback this upgrade and keep old version option available to customers till you fix bugs.
Unable to change items on a specific date Earlier I could opt to chane my item from from the subscription on a specific day/date. Now I have to change the subscription Not user friendly at all
The quality of Milk deserves a 5 stars. However my issue is with the app and the customer service team. I am unable to order for milk since day before yesterday. A network error prompt kept coming on the screen. The customer service team did not bother to answer the call or revert on the missed call.
Using this app for ordering my daily milk deliveries since 2017. These guys know what dairy is and how important timely delivery is. They've never missed a single delivery in last 5 years. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Just one word, HORRIBLE. Keeps stopping and when I try to send a feedback nobody responds
No issues with service but the upgraded app doesn't work.
Panthatic service.... Milk was not delivered tried a lot to reach them all, the phones are switched off. Delivery person is not picking up the call. If we raise complaint through what's app, they will call you in the evening or sometime in the afternoon... Immediately no one respond which is not useful. Now we don't have milk 😅, they will resolve it in the evening.
Why did you guys updated it everything was working fine but after updating it stopped working i am not even able to recharge it
Unable to order via app or website. App keeps saying please check your network connection even though internet is working and there's money in my wallet. Called customer care repeatedly but order is NOT taken :(
The app is so stupid and irrtating it's better to buy from some other buyer instead of wasting your time emailing and calling this people how will yol grow the business which such bad service do yol read the comments and try to solve it your customers are trying to buy products since ages and because your website does not work it's causing inconvenience can yol fix it if not transfer the wallet money ....... disappointing
The quality of milk is really good. However, the app can be improved. Right now I'm facing the error that the app can't communicate with the server. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
Customer support is very bad, they deliver the product to some other address & still charge us. Horrible is the word for customer support. You keep raising a request for call back but no one calls you back.
Can't even sign up. Can't continue as guest. OTP never arrives. I have been facing issue for more than week still not getting OTP to sign up itself. Why is your website not redirecting from http to https?
After the update. Using this app is very difficult. Please downgrade it
Suddenly the products list has disappeared. The support staff are unable to rectify a technical problem
App is.not getting synchronised with server. Should get updated whenever the order is placed through app or website which is not happening now
The team is incompetent in resolving a technical issue. I had raised complaints not once but thrice and sincerely followed up with the team. 3 weeks and the issue remains unresolved. Now they shamelessly stopped my service for non-payment and sent me a payment link. How was a supposed to make a payment when the App wasn't working. Bidding a good bye to the service!
The app has no option to see the balance and hence not clear when to re charge. Every time you need to ask by whatsapp
Happy customer since more than 3 years. Customer friendly app, milk is delivered well on time and of very good quality, timely handled complaints. Overall five star rating..
Day 1 payed money into wallet thinking 100,,% cashback but , then unable to order.... money simply struck with them...no response from customer care since 24 hours....pla refund my money....
App crashes frequently after new update. Difficult to manage about ordering stuff in such scenario

Not able to test the app as guest. If the first feature is unusable, what should I expect later. Milk delivery service is a matter of experience otherwise there are dozens of providers with reasonably good quality milk. But seeing this, I would rather stick with my existing provider for now.
I have tried to place an order for their A2 Cow's 4 times since the time I downloaded the app, first the order gets placed and after few hours they cancel the order. The amount is refunded to Provilac wallet. Not happy with this. Their promotional messages say that they r delivering milk. But once u place an order in few hours it gets cancelled. Kindly initiate reimbursement of my money to my bank account as I don't my order will get delivered in near future.
Worst Service and design These guys signed .e up, taken all of my details, payment, taken the order. But i haven't received my order, when I contact them regarding my delivery, then they are saying that my location is not deliverable. Idiotic app design. U should not have taken order itself if u cannot deliver. It's been more than 10 days, still I haven't received my refund.
App fails all the time after upgrade. It used to be easy to use and clean app. After upgrade, it crashes 99% of the time. Payment update issue. I added money to wallet, money got debited from Bank, but it took two days to show up on provilac. Someone needs to quickly take control of the problems here.
