Garbage. Too bad I need to use it for work. Have to reinstall DAILY. Sometimes 2-3x a day. Won't post photos. Drops photos. Rearranges photos on it's own. Changes the photo orientation on its own. Nothing in this app functions properly for long.

Previous Provision on android would scan a vin number on anything. Computer screen, piece of paper etc. Bought my first apple phone 7 months ago and it didn't have that feature. I went back to an android phone specifically for that feature. Now android Provision does the same as on the apple store. Just takes a picture of the vin for you to punch in manually. Please bring that feature. Being able to scan a vin number makes it so easy and far quicker that putting in manually as a uses car manager

The app keeps crashing. I'm trying to do my taking pictures off vehicles and can't because the app keeps crashing. Next day and still can't get it to work even after talking to a text support person. They where very helpful in trying to get the problem resolved. After awhile they got a update out that helped. The only problem I see wish the update is the pictures seem a little grainy. But other then that I very happy to be able to take pictures.

I use this app to takes pictures of cars for work. It was pretty good at first. Then there was an update and you can no longer adjust the lighting while taking the pictures or crop them. I used both features often. Then another update happened and then pictures would disappear after I would take them. Now this past week I have not even been able to take pictures at all through the app. I'm falling behind at work because I can't take pictures of any of the cars. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Half the time doesn't upload the photos. So you waste your time picturing vehicles to find out none of them went through. Worst app ever

Will not upload pictures. Called vauto and they said to clear cache. Which works for about 2 or 3 cars. Then back to the same, will take the pics then show them in the app and when you close it they are gone. I have the best cell service and phone money can buy. This is on their end. Get it together Vauto!

I use this because my dealership has us use it, when I scan the barcode it takes me straight to KBB and answer all these questions and my dealer never sees my entries. It's frustrating because I'm telling them I'm putting all this information in, I showed them and they're like why are you in KBB you should just enter the mileage and save it. So I have to manually enter the VIN not a problem but the scan feature would be best. Also they never seem to get my customers when I place them on my side

Constant app force closing and inability to upload keeping me from being able to complete important work related tasks

When pictures are taken, they initially show up in the app. But when you close it so it can be checked, The pictures disappear.

Very helpful app, but too many bugs still. When I scanned a vehicle and took photos using the mobile app, it would show a paused button in the top right corner. (Revvl 5G android 10) I couldn't closed the program until the photos loaded or I would lose all photos. Sometimes I would have to reinstall the app, but today was the biggest bug. I couldn't access my camera on the mobile app until the update was released today. Thanks for the fix, but still have a long way to go. Still a useful app.

This app is the most unreliable app on my phone. I use it mainly as a means of photographing our inventory for our websites along with stocking in used inventory. Randomly crashes and freezes, a lot. Kills my phone battery causing it to die at random percentages. It would also be nice to change the exposure in the camera interface or be able to choose the focus point and it stay there instead of reverting back to center after just a few seconds. Update: now camera uses only lowest settings.

Been using vAuto for years. Lately, there are issues with the apps, along with issues with the integration of the Stockwave app. They DON'T work! I would recommend looking for other options before you sign up with vAuto! - Login issue started since they moved over to the bridge ID login. - The Search function has an issue and I reported it back in July 2020, but still not working. - issue with opening an appraisal from stock wave into provision. Started September 2020 and is not fixed!

The app itself is great, but on an Android device (Galaxy S10+) the image quality is HORRIBLE. It does not matter whether you take the photo inside the app or externally and upload it. Taking the picture in the native camera function if the app leaves an incredibly blurry photo regardless of the camera setting in the app. If you take a picture externally and upload it into the app, it looks like it gets seriously compressed. There has to be a way to make it so our photos look even DECENT.

I'm tired of the pictures not downloading. It's hit or miss. I am constantly having to uninstall the program only to have to reinstall it. The pictures will usually take then. If you have to erase photos then retake them good luck with this happening. I was happy with the program until the beginning of July. Now, not so much. Wasting a lot of time with it lately. Had to edit my post. I am uninstalling this app again (3rd) time today. App. Picks which pics to download and which not to.

There is an issue running this app with Galaxy Z Fold 3 running Android 11. Clearing Cache doesn't work but deleting and reinstalling app works but for one vehicle at a time taking pics. I have a Z Fold 2 running Android 10 and it working fine so maybe it's the difference between Android 10 and 11. As soon as you search another stock number it comes up with error and crashes app. Please fix. Thanks

App hates Android phones. No SAVE option on Android while in process or at the end. Miles wipe out. Photos dissappear. Unreal this is connected to an industry leader

App worked fine for a few months but now all of a sudden I can't login. I put in my account name and my password it loads up and then boots me back out into the login screen every time

Very frustrating app. I use the same method everytime to upload photos and it's hit or miss if they will actually upload.

This app was fine until about 2 weeks ago. It would keep crashing and I'd have to restart my phone to get it to work. Today when I restarted my phone the app would still not work. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and now I can't even login bc it's completely crashed. This app is garbage and I can't upload my pictures.

vAuto has alot of catching up to do , app is outdated in comparison to others. You cannot print stickers with the app. Cannot get help half the time, and the other half I figure it out my self. App is restrictive, under developed, and inconvenient to use.

Its been a disaster since the latest update. - on android the pictures are now in 4x3 format and the view finder doesn't match that. Very difficult to take good photos. Works fine on iphone. - this cox sign in has been very glitch and everyone has been having difficulties signing in. - pictures arent uploading sometimes. - more bugs overall

I've been useing this app since 2014 and its absolutely turning into garbage, constantly having to update, then when you do the bugs are still there, you have to use an expensive camera to get quality pictures, which that process in itself is a nightmare, I would assume the developers of the app would have shortened that process up by now. The past week I've had to uninstall and force stop the app constantly, because it's not saving any information. Please fix issues and I'll update my review

I'm trying to use it at work. I logged one twice and since then I can't even get to the screen it says I don't have the credentials to use the app even though I do. Then I hit back and it goes to a blank provision screen and does nothing. I'll change my rating if I can get a fix for this on my android.

Works on Android just have to go to settings and make sure your sharing photos option isn't on WIFI share only. Then when taking pictures of the vehicle there won't be an action button you just simply have to back out to the home page and that will send the photos.

This app has always worked great but now is shutting down as soon as I log in. I reset password, reinstalled, tried everything I can think of. It says unable to download all model vehicle combinations when it opens then quickly goes back to log in/home page. Now I'm stuck using software on Chrome. Any suggestions?

DISAPPOINTING !This ap use to be great before the last update.Change it back to the way it was. There is no way to control taking pictures.Using this ap after dark is useless.There is no way to control the light settings.Pictures look like they are being taken by amateurs.We are a high volume store, and do not have the time to wait for the pictures to download.
