Pretty disappointing. Not stable, alarms sometimes stop working. Most annoying is the playback from SD card : 1.no option to download file 2.when file is being played, there is no indication regarding current play time, nor total time of the clip,there is no option to pause, resume of jump to specific time. So you can only watch is start to end 3. The only practical usage is to see what happens now

Good and easy app, but my ip camera, provision, is ziro stars. Bad bad bad. Camera. Every time when I exit the app and try to enter again- I see : status offline.The camera not working. And to fix it I have to unplug the cable. 7 times a day. Not recommended.

Interface and controls are really bad. Crashes often, the viewing of recorded videos is not user friendly (no playback controls) and you must watch it from beginning to end. The live video stucks often. Useless...

Very minimalsty, bad playback and alarm system.

On the play mode frome SD card time line is missing.

Whenever you don't close the app and open it again, it opens another instance of the app. A desktop version would be nice.

So far it is working without any problems. I love how easy it is to setup remote viewing.

Cameras often disconnected. No zoom. Cameras "forget" their settings. No user manual. Very disappointed

Can't copy video from camera sd-card via app. copy is only by removing the card from the camera and using external sd-card reader. no zoom on android. no user manual.

This is an awesome camera and app. tough not perfect, the application gives everything and more for the average user

I simply can't believe that it is the same company that did both of these products, and what's with the excessive permissions why do you need to know the byers identity

Provision is a distributor selling cameras from China under their own brand name. You can get the original Smartphone app and PC software directly from Vistarcam, the original manufacturer (pdf guides too). Anyway, the review of Farrel Coetzee is still valid and true: quote: Android app buggy 1. Zoom not working. 2. 4-camera display screen struggles to connect when open specific camera when on local network. 3. Camera/software hangs when changing image quality to low. 5. Sometimes app crashes for some reason when wifi on, have to open app first, then switch wi-fi on. 6. Cannot change the time it records. 7. No email alerts or sharing on cloud. 8. No motion alert region/boundary setting 9. No documentation for the alarm or motion sensing. 10. Bad documentation

Not usable please fix the software. Crashes on all m devices useless now
