ProWriting: Grammar & Style Checker + Translator

I feel really lucky after discovering this app,it helps me alot with my grammar cause I am learning a complete new language and throughout my journey i think this would help me

I can't copy text from other app and paste it onto this app. I have to retype everything from the beginning onto this app. Please fix this

I was in dire need of this kind of a app . I installed many apps and immediately uninstalled them . But only this has been proved to be the best . Cuz , it not only provides you with neat error correction but also with the feature of translator translating any language into any other language and synonyms. So it would be really very helpful for those who are looking for a better error correcting app. I suggest everybody to install it now. 🥰

The app is good. The only problem is the that one finds it difficult to copy text from elsewhere and paste on the proofer. It demands typing your material all over.

An outstanding application, I have never seen these kinds of app. It is brilliant to catch error, and also explain reason. Through that, we can also translate in Hindi as well.

A highly helpful app, I don't have money to purchase it as of now but one day I will purchase because it is such a perfect tool

It's definitely the most reliable App for editing purposes that I have come across. The only issue is that after 5 days of using it, the App keeps shutting itself down and I have to keep reopening it. The saving grace is that it stores the last text you copied into the App, until you clear the screen manually. Also it works better on my phone than it does on my laptop. If you input too much text in the App on a laptop, you can't scroll to the bottom of the screen to check the errors highlighted.

I decided to download the app again. It still isn't amazing. I really wish there was a way to safe "mistakes" as intentional, like when I use unique nicknames. It always wants to correct things like Ly (my nickname for Lyra). Also, the thing where you select the text and it instantly takes you to the app to be corrected doesn't work. It just takes you to the app without the text.

It is expensive compared to similar grammar, style, & spell "SPaG" checker app and doesn't integrate with other apps like WORD or CHROME. It requires writing to a text editor & sharing. It will not let you copy & paste text from WORD. It does a good job of catching SPaG errors. However, it is clunky looking. I used for a year but will not renew because it doen't have a custom dictionary feature. Therefore, I am clicking "skip" repeatedly for vocabulary and terminology used in my work.

I don't want to give this app one star without first finding out what might be the problem with it. I discovered I can't copy and paste from my document to this app's text window. It is just not working, except I type directly on it. This is not good at all.

Its okay and has potential you have to be carefull as sometimes it can make mistakes, not taking in the context of the sentence. But for spell checking and punctuation its pretty good. The only real criticisms are. 1. Character count (but I'm writing 10,000 plus words at a time) 2. It adds extra spaces between lines adding to your total. 3. Can't add words to dictionary 4. When you edit the text yourself you have to check grammar from beginning again not your edit.

Just Tried it out now and it was wonderful, I love the way it alighted my mistakes and errors

So far so helpful, I am actually amazed how easy it is, to actually use this app and be able to dictate and proofread, translate, this is one of the most helpful apps I've used in a long time thank you so much for making this

Outstanding tool for correct, impactful, English. I love it!!! Couldn't ask for more. If only it weren't so expensive!!! Sorry I can't afford it, it's a shame.

Normally I love the app, it might not catch all of my mistakes, but it does catch a large portion of them. However, as of recently the app has been bugging out. It'll do the grammar portion, but when it comes to Synonyms section my entire content is a grey screen. The suggestions still pop up, but what's the point if I can't see my writing. I've tried to uninstall it hoping it would fix it but it didn't, I pay for this app so can someone get back to me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

About a week ago i downloaded the app and checked out all the plans and thought to try a week demo plan and entered my card details, somehow i did not find to buy a yearly subscription and i cancelled it about 24 hours ago, the subscription got cancelled from the application and money has been deducted from my account, please start the process of refund for my paymrnt and share the update with me.

This is probably one of the better proofreading apps so far. I don't enjoy letting people proofread my deep written material. After trying the trial it gave me a better insight on word choices and flow within sentences. I've been getting pretty grades with this editing software especially after I have letting a peer review my material. There was an issue where it'll recommend synomns not relating to the sentence but it's a common thing I've seen in other writing programs.

Ehh I have it so must mean a lil something. U choose if it's good enough for the kind of thing that you need. Mine is a different matter I'm sure.

I enjoy this app and I like that you can swipe the words that don't need correction. As a Spanish speaker, I need a lot of help with grammar and this app is perfect for that. Only downside is the character limit and I would ove if the app worked on landscape mode on tablet.

How can i give this app less than 5 stars? This app is so usefull, you can use it for your essaays, the book you're righting or anything. You can easily correct your english text so easily.

It is one of the best Apps I have never had. I love it. It has changed my life and my style of writing. I am good now to go with it because I have got what I was lacking. With this App, life is easier. Trust me, you gonna like it. Just give it a trial and see how it will help you, your grammatical structure, and word choice. You are in a good spot if you have this App or will be downloading it.

This is the one of the best app ever seen, Try it and see You can use it to type your documents and proofread at the same time Download it and witness what am saying.

I love this app for it's spell checking and gramatical errors but, it doesn't give options to set aside names. Also, it doesn't correct certain abreviations like "u" in the place of "you" or unnessesary "..." Where there are not supposed to be. Please help creat an option to set aside names like schools, places or identities. As an Authur, it disturbs my work. Apart from these, i love the app and recommend it.

Overall, Best in Class for Android apps. A very basic problem: Spelling - the dictionary is either very limited or quite out-of-date. Correct words, absent from the app's dictionary, will show as misspelled and there is no option to add to a custom dictionary. Re: Developer reply - I hope to update this to five stars. The dictionary / spelling functions are core though. Until that is resolved, I cannot. It shouldn't be flagging correctly spelled words as errors.
