Bought the premium lifetime service awhile back while on sale. Haven't used it in a long time but just thought I would try it out again and it works well. The connection to Chicago,USA server doesn't seem to work anymore, which I remember using before. But I just picked a different and it connected right away. Speeds don't seem to bad at 30 down/10 up. Pretty good experience overall.
The VPN connection itself is usually ok (awful download speeds at times - very inconsistent) - that's more about the company than the app. The app is great, when it works. When it doesn't they ask you to use another method / approach. It's irritating that multiple times a year I can't use their own app as my vpn. And not just for a day. Sometimes weeks! To me, that isn't right, hence the generous 3 stars. Edit: I've now gone to one star, as I haven't been able to use it in forever! Nordvpn next.
Down to negative 5 * - in some way they charge for the cancelled subscription :-( Avoid! I filled an objection with the App store. Previous: Since some time, only very few country exit points work. Surprisingly, also sending a message to support crashes the app :-( I had been a happy premium customer, but this makes me reconsider the subscription...
Not only is it awful as a VPN. They literally charged me 4 times a year - duplicate yearly fees. It's insane. They said they would cancel future charges and give me a permanent account in early January. They did neither. I filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. They screwed with the wrong person. Everywhere I go on the internet I will be telling everyone to stay away and why. Hopefully this helps whoever reads it. There are plenty of other VPNs to try, just not this. I never could connect to any of the closest servers and the one I could connect to in NY, cut my bandwidth to 10% of what it was without. What a mess.
Using a Samsung Galaxy S7, fully updated and the app doesn't work. It says it is connected but i can't get any app's to find a connection and get network errors.......facebook etc says it cant find a connection.....I'm using the premium version so it's very annoying.
Edit: had to edit my review since it seems the app and service is a bust. It's not working on my phone nor does it work on my PC :( Old review was 5 stars: Cheers, thank you - a very good service and a simple working app.
Cannot review negatively enough, they took a payment 6 weeks after I cancelled. Contacted them and was promised a refund, then alas, no refund appeared and multiple ignored emails. Do not touch. Nord is infinitely better
Pretty crappy app. Crashes constantly and does not reconnect after WiFi reconnection. There are much better vpn services out there.
Never really worked reliably on Android. And now the company appears to have ceased most operations. No replies from support, few nodes available. I have moved on to NordVPN.
Please refund my money back to my play store. I paid for one month subscription and yet I have not been able to use it. Please I need a refund. I won't stop disturbing until you refund me my 3.43 dollar.
App hasn't been updated for years and now it's completely useless... No connection can be established anymore... Premium user for years
What sort of nonsense vpn is this. We are entering 2020 soon and it was last updated in 2017. It should be kicked out from playstore scam vpn. U pay,but service dont work,all servers have been blacklisted. Very useless vpn.
Service is obviously shut down. Paid subscribers were never informed. The service just stopped working one day. Looks like they closed up shop and didn't bother to tell anyone.
The cheapest/fastest VPN that I've seen and used. EDIT: Changed the score from 5 to 1 star because it isn't connecting anymore.
Never connects, outdated. I'm a premium user(lifetime license). Used to work good on PC until 2019 but now looks like company has closed
So has not seen updated in 4 years and no longer connects. Guess it's time for a new VPN.
I signed up to the 1 month android subscription, but the app still says I'm on the free version, and when I try to send feedback the app stops

VPN on my Android phone had not been able to connect for months. I've been a premium lifetime customer for several years. It still works on my PC so I was hoping that the problem on my phone was either specific to me or a temporary issue. After reading all the recent reviews, I have no hope that the VPN will start working on my phone, and now I'm worried that ProXpn will soon stop working on my PC. Prior to 2020, ProXpn was a 4 or 5 start app for me.
