About PRTC:
The Pepsu Road Transport Corporation (PRTC), Patiala was set-up on 16th of October, 1956 under the provision of the Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950 with a view to provide efficient, adequate, economic and properly co-ordinated operation system of Road Transport Services in the State. It commenced passenger transport operations with a meagre investment of Rs. 25.00 lacs and the fleet of 60 buses covering 11,107 daily scheduled kilometers on 15 routes with 345 employees. At present, the PRTC had 704 owned & 251 KM Scheme ordinary buses, 2 own & 11 Integral Coaches under KM Scheme and 59 own HVAC buses, being operated on 577 routes (including inter-state routes) by covering a daily mileage of 355827 kilometers. It has 2271 Regular Employees, 1460 Through Outsourcing, 83 PESCO Personnel, 186 on PRTC Contract Total 4000 employees as on 30.04.2012. There are 10 depots of the Corporation located at Patiala, Bathinda, Kapurthala,Barnala, Sangrur, Budhlada, Faridkot, Ludhiana, Chandigarh and Special Cell of KM Scheme at Patiala.

The Pepsu Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) head office of the corporation is situated at Patiala. The operation of the bus services by PRTC is not only confined to Punjab State, but it has also been providing bus services to the neighboring states like Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal and Union Territories of Chandigarh and Delhi.
The Pepsu Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) provides services not only on intercity routes but also links the remote villages with the nearby towns and cities. It is also extending free/concessional travel facilities to various categories of commuters as per the instructions of the State Govt. from time to time.

Effort is good but needs to maintain accuracy. Effiency of app is very poor. It does not show the timing and route correctly.

Very bad experience. Vehicle is on road But the app is show Vehicle is not found
This is a very bad app, it shows the route and bus show other route on the map, if the route of the bus is updated in time then this app can be run properly.

App did not have complaint option for bus late and not work properly

I don't have any experience yet, I will start this app tomorrow 6 September 2021, but still I give 5 stars, because may be not every single person get help, but atleast some people may get help. And I believe, this app will give us very nice response very soon. best app for daily ways ....but with few errors in the app....
Good app but daily updated need. Ajj jehdi bus ch assi travle kr rhe aa oh bus prtc time table ch show nhi ho rhi, and jo show ho rhi hai oh bus diffrent route te dikh rhi hai..so pls make accurate time table ...

Tracking is good but it needs improvement some bus stops are not select some are not shown. Like doraha sahnewal
Very nyc app really helpful for the students who used to travel daily but their departure is at different timings...
Good work... but work needed to be done... It shows the time table of current date. It should show atleast tentative plan of busses for future days. I thought it will be done soon.

Helpfull for travelers on prtc
Sir prtc app is not working in mi node 4 smartphones from 6-jan-22 kindly fix the problem and release the update version.
please update route time . departure time bus conductor says that every bus 10 min advance . so please update time according to route.
It's workful app
Department doesn't update all buses on app. Only few buses are available to track.
1. When i am inside the bus, i can not find bus number written anywhere inside the bus easliy. Infact when passengers standing 2. In App Emergency button Missing for * Fire * Clinical emergency * Child Abduction * Physical Fight * Woman Panic
The time table is not updated , On my route not showing all PRTC timings Faridkot to Patiala/ Chandigarh via Barnala and vice versa Much improvement needed .
App is not useful. And search parameters and results are not holistic

Timeing is not correct many time i get in big tribble please fix this
Update of app is not good. instead of showing time table from specific locatiob , it is having different tabs for arrival and departure . Moreover many bus timings are missing. Must have time table tab, that is much easy to search For..
