I keep on trying registering mpin but it doesn't work. It used to be an ok app but now it's horrible. Edit 1: The issue is the same. Of note am using Redmi K20 Pro. Everytime I need the ask to register New mpin. First it says invalid mpin, then once you try re-registering, one gets the message Try Again. Then I need to uninstall, reinstall, re-register and it works. But the next dsy, the same story repeats! Pathetic! Edit 2: What a team, nobody got back to me. Absolutely false promise.
App worked perfectly until last week, but suddenly after that the app is continuously crashing and not even allowing me to login. As soon as I open the app it shows app stopped working. I even uninstalled it and downloaded it again but still same problem persists. Please rectify this asap
I regularly used this app but now it has become pathatic. It always says about MPIN is invalid. I have registered so many times my new MPIN. In first attempt, it is okay but after that it says MPIN is invalid. Really, it is horrible and frustrating.
previous aap was simple and easy to handle but this new updated version is the most worst and frequently ask to set MPin. I uninstalled and download it for more than four times but still it has not been working.
After your reply, I reinstalled app but still its not working... Plz check.. Last app updates was of march 2020... Now its June 2020. Suddenly I am not able to use app, I uninstalled, reinstalled it, reset password but unable to use app. Kindly check and do the needful.
The app is great. The only issue I see is when I register with an MPIN for no reason it randomly after a few days says the MPIN is invalid and I need to rerigister. This has happened almost 15-20 times
Unable to reset pasward(not working), for reset password we have to depent on our brocker.other apps.,i.e.,fund bazar,moneycontrol,we can change password easily. But in prudent corporate clint app. We havd to depend on our brockers or adviser
No.of Units puchased and their progressive total ,if shown separately against respective inv., customer would have the updated knowledge. 2) Further Statt.shown updated as on 010621 ,whereas not appear to have shown progressive amt of SIP inv etc which I believe from 0121 till date. Again I am unable to reset my mpin as my email id is not registered with you.Last time I asked my advisor to update the same but he didnt do.kindly resolve the issue or you give option in app itself to update the details. Unbale to login and also not able to reset the password very worst app.And no help option is there As of now no star .
worst app now, earlier version was simple....not able to register mpin....are you playing with your customers. there are many other fund houses that are easy on a click. if issue not resolved i am out
I am not able to reset my forgotten password. Please help. Despite of repeated attempts I am not able to reset the password. Sent mail to Prudent customer care many times but unfortunately there is no revert. Very poor customer service.
As yet I am using this app I have not face any difficulties, working smoothly. But I have one question how can I transfer that amount to my personal bank account. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

My mpin is correct but it shows invalid and also when I tried to change it my email id not registered. There are such many problem. I have been trying from last many day. I hope you could do something about it...
Not working at the moment. Tried creating new mpin after cache and data clear too. It's not the first time this app given this kind of trouble.
after update only app asks for is to register to m pin after trying to do it states try again , no matter how many times you try the same message pops .Prudent Service end also getting poor ... May have to change the broker soon .
The new design is not working properly. It mostly say invalid pin. Developer should go back to previous version which was better one.

why your app is always down....its very irritating whenever i try to login most of the time its down... getting message ... something went Wrong....then tried web login and same problem there also.... very pathetic...
Worst app... Even though adding the correct MPIN This app giving error of incorrect pin please reset... This is not just ended here when I email this I haven't received any acknowledgment from the developer...
today i updated the app. but it says to use mpin.when i register the mpin , it just says loading. but the app is not opening. resolve at the earliest.

they have not updated the app from May 2017.. ridiculous in this age of technology not only in terms of features but also Security.....
I m not able to open my dashboard ...after update ..its showing invalid MPin..I m also not able to reset it ...its showing that my email is not registered...y so???plz clarify as soon as possible..

unable to register mpin, always says 'please try again'. I tried multiple times. still not working. very bad update.
updated version of app is not working. it always ask for MPIN, and whenever i am doing forgot MPIN or register new MPiN, it is saying please try again. worst app. resolve the issue.
Unable to login after update recently.... MPIN and email not registered.... Even after using the app from last 4 years...STILL the same issue... Prudent app still NOT functioning
In SIP calculator, monthly investment range is betn 1 k to 5L. However its not taking 6000 and flash msg comes that min amount is set to 10000. Plz fix it. Thnx.
The app is frequently getting crashed and not showing the current valuation of the portfolio, it shows details of 4-5 days old data, kindly fix the bug.
