Once logged in, the app works fine. It is however painful at times to login. When opting for the forgot password option, one needs to swipe every month back to the year and month related to their birthdate. This is extremely tedious. Please fix this.

Worst app.. Unable to login with correct credentials though I am able to login in through the web portal.. I had raised an offline request as well but I got a stupid response that I can login through the same credentials.. Not sure if it's got to do with shortage of resources to upgrade the app due to pandemic..

After upgrading the app to latest version, I'm unable to login. Neither "Forgot password" nor "trouble logging in" options are working for me. I only see loading bar and it disappears after few minutes.

App doesn't open at all. Always get closed, saying network error. Also trying to do forgot password then mail notification don't come to reset the password. Very frustrating and annoying app. Please take the comment seriously and try to improve the app quality

Worst mediclaim insurance company app for mobile phones. You need to enter your details everytime even after being registered. The mobile app is totally different (options missing on the mobile app) than what you use when an email is received to login to the same application. I would not give it even 1* rating.

This is Insane. I am trying to login but it says incorrect username and password when I am logging in with correct credentials. I already tried in web and works there. This is a very basic bug which needs to be addressed.

App not working. I have installed the app and tried to open it but it doesn't work on Redmi Note 7. Please guide so that I can follow the steps and resolve the issue. Mainly the message that I received every time I installed is "Network error".

Same here, unable to log in thru app even though the user ID and PW is correct. It works fine through web. Even the web version is not stable and the screen is grayed out.

This app won't recognize valid credentials,I had to reset my password 3 times still unable to login. Please address the issue ASAP because it's related to insurance and many will install this app at last minute before they claim or after initiating claim to track the status.

Weird experience! App doesn't ask for permission, shows snackbar, and loads login page 7 times. I am guessing you have 7 permissions for the app and none if then are handled correctly!!!

Neither the app is working nor is the website ... Tried accessing website several times on multiple days from multiple browsers and multiple devices.. Always received the message -> "This site can't be reached prudentplus.in took too long to respond" No one is responding to the Customer care number either....

Once I login to this App, all my details like dependents, top ups, is Missing. I get a prompt that first time user and need to complete my profile Same issue on website. Just last week it was working fine and downloaded mine and my dependents ID cards

this app not deserve for 1 star rating. and employee of prudent plus too...no one picks the call and fortunately only one guy picks up ..but seems he is not having any interst to talk to anyone. App everytime says incorrect id. i can login to portal with same credential.

worst app It doesn't allow me to login at all, I have been trying since 2 days, but I could login through laptop. so it's the issue only with App.

Worst app seen so far, it's of no use, can't display the list of network hospital. Should have more details in working condition.

Fed up!!! I am unable to get my Network Hospitals list. Although my profile is 100% completed. Also I am unable to update the app however I have good network strength. Please check.

This app and the website works only on WiFi. Not at all working in mobile data even the website is not working in mobile data. Suffered a lot to get my details when my mother was in ICU.

Pathetic app. Almost of no use. Most of the screens are empty saying no data. Does not show or allow downloading ecards.

1. I don't want auto login.How to cancel the "remember login" details in the app ? 2. App update notification coming everytime. Very annoying...

To enter date of birth during forget is very hectic. Unable to set year directly. If we want set year 1989 then we need to click left arrow of month 36 times.

pathetic app. it does not display the ecards and the list of hospitals. no one picks up the toll free contact number and other numbers. TPA id is missing. pathetic service from Prudent. seriously need to improve thr service

Everytime I login, it is asking me to submit form again and without that I cannot access other features like seeing network hospitals and etc. Pls check with the same.

Not able to login. Showing error message. Tried to reset the password also again same error. Facing this issue after the recent update.

Each time I open the app, it opens my profile page. If I clicks on the back link preaent near my profile, it exits.

It's nt getting logged in on the mobile .. itz showing click to forgot password .. after doing it d password which z sent is also gvng me d same error while logging it .. nvr seen an app like this .. however on website der z no issue at all ..

Pathetic app, horrible user interface and a lot of functionality is not working. No sufficient data available!

Worst app. App login is not working eventhough if i provided valid username and password but it's working in web. It's throws error as "please contact administrator"

Worst app it always gives msg either creds is incorrect or saying contact your admin. I am able to use same on web and its working. Do not know why company give such useless app.

I am unable to login using the credentials. Tried with forgot password too and I did not receive any email. Still no response.

Worst app ever, app login doesn't work, web login doesn't work, forgot password doesn't work. no idea how these IT corporates accepted such insane service for their employees
