Easy access to my contributions and where they are allocated, with options to change them around, it's great!
Seemed shady the way they dont clearly define rollover period in a 21st century way and just swipe your match.
This is a great company! I am very pleased with the advice and guidance I have received in reference to my deferred comp account at Nassau Community College. My financial advisor, Theresa Mansbart, is very professional. She goes out of her way to do the best she can for all her clients. I know this for a fact because my office was right across from hers. She shows she really cares about my retirement and what my best options are. Thank you Theresa!
Outdated information is provided in the article "What to Expect When the Federal Student Loan Relief Stops." The dates are wrong!
Cant log in. Screen stays frozen and flashing . app is crashing alot
Excellent app and website make it easy to customize your 401k investments and see your results. Easy to change your contributions, make withdrawals, take out loans. The Documents, Statements and Messages feature could be better integrated with the rest of the website's paradigm.
This app is confusing to use. I can't even see my annual contribution amount to see if it's maxed out or not. There's plenty of room for improvement on the details of how money is distributed.
It's a great way to ready for retirement. The website is real simple to navigate through the best !!!!!
Had to request verification code (via snail mail per Prudemtial policy) multiple times before I could finally get into app/account. Here I am 3 months later, having just learned we are being charged more in fees than we are earning interest, so our acct. total is LESS than what we've put into it - WITHOUT interest! We are LOSING MONEY by putting it into this financial institution. Neither the website or the app allow you to add a beneficiary, nor calculate retirement! TERRIBLE INSTITUTION!!!!!!
I installed the app & discovered missing info. A coworker & I did a side by side comparison of our prudential apps & she has a different screen w/ her data. I called to fix the issue & was told to email a screenshot. It wont allow me!! The app crashed so I uninstalled it. I tried to install it again but it keeps crashing...
Prudential retirement accounts are the very wrong kind of old-fashioned investment experience. It's like I'm back in the 1980s. The app tries to be cute, and as a result is less intuitive than it would be if they were just plane simple about the navigation and data entry.
Nice to have. Not always easy to use and VERY confusing when you want/need your money.
This app really needs updating. It does not offer fingerprint access and does not allow you to drill down into any of your investments. It is more of a status page than a real app. It needs some sort of useable functionality similar to the website, which it is severely lacking.
This is a static page pretty much. Cannot access much from your account Update 9/23/2019 The worst retirement investment app/website ever seen. Its profit / loss calculation is wrong. Doesnt show individual gains on each investment. No charts or tickers on them either. Its like they have no interest in providing customers a decent service since we are stuck with them.
Eh. Does the basics, I suppose. Prudential's offerings feel like they were developed in the mid 2000s for the first smartphones. Would be nice to have some line graphs available. Not at all easy to chart progress. (Same goes double for the website.)
Very easy to use. After reading the fine print, might uninstall ("we are completely blameless for anything"), but it's handy if you need it, and biometric friendly. Cheers!
Nice UI but this app only allows you view your assets and change your contribution rate. This app needs to have the ability to do transfers and relocate money. The standard website isn't setup for Mobile view and cuts off selection boxes.
This app is absolutely useless. Endless prompts to log into the DESKTOP version of the site to update your information, which doesn't actually work. Waste of your time for now. Their "sorry" doesn't mean the app has been fixed- it hasn't.
The graphic interface is nice but the application is very basic. there's almost nothing to manage from the app, even if the purpose was only to provide an overview of the accounts it is very limited on what it offers to the user.
App tells me I will be forwarded to their website and will be promoted to update my profile. I am not prompted to update my profile and it seems my profile is filled out entirely. As far as I'm concerned the app is entirely nonfunctional. Although I'd prefer an app, I'm not willing to spend my time on the phone with customer service when the website works well enough. Also I want to say I find their retirement landing page to be very tacky.
I think the App is good for its first run..definitely needs more interactive capabilities but I had no trouble at sign in nor at resetting my password...good first pass, looking forward to how it improves...would be great to get an App that merges my Prudential products together though.
Terrible Log-In Screen. Continues to forget to offer fingerprint log-in. Then, to exasperate user further, the log-in prompts totally get covered by the phone's keyboard display because the prompts appear in the middle of the phone display instead of at the top to allow keyboard display at bottom. Finally pissed enough to rate this poorly!
Lame, lame, lame. Does not even have a basic performance graph. Even more annoying,I had to reset my password two weeks after going through the arduous task after setting it up with a new phone.
Tried to make some changes to my account and after about a good half hour spent doing it I kept getting an error message. It did work the following day. I would like to see what my total expenses are in one place. A little more transparency to where my money is going, and what my expenses/fees are.
This company is garage I can only choose to invest pre and post tax at 100%. Along with shallow indexes for speculators to leverage ppl lifes savings.
Terrible app, won't open just sits there loading forever, used it one time and already having problems
Frustrated in attempts to use this app by the app re-routing me to my browser to visit the website so I could basically recreate my existing account--by giving additional personal information, access, and cluttering myself up with an entirely new login. No thanks. What's the point of the app at all if it's just a website portal and fishing expedition (where I'm the fish)?
Since being bought by Empower the app now is rarely able to connect, even when I "try again shortly". Still the same clunky navigation without common functionality such as seeing individual fund performance in account. Everything lacks reasonable detail.
