This app was great when it works. It hasn't worked since 5/31/2019, as it seems has been with several users. I have uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted at least 6 times. As of this date it still shows the last post of 5/32/2019 and the curses just spins and spins and spins. Exceptionally frustrating that I am not getting any information.

Every time I go to the app and select an option it takes me to the log in page. What is the use of the app then. They just lost a customer

This app is awesome when it works but I find it crashes a lot on my Galaxy Samsung Note 8 where it no longer syncs to the latest Pruvit post, instead the processing dial just spins. I have uninstalled, reinstalled all the norm but it keeps happening. Im no IT expert but I think Samsung put a bug in place to corrupt it to stop users going to Google Play Store and use Galaxy #conspiracy #Idontreallyknow Please fix the bugs, my business needs this tool. Thank you.

I can still access the cloud, however, the app hasn't loaded anything since May 1st. I recieved notifications but when I open the app they won't load so I've missed out on several deals because they just aren't loading. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times but nothing has changed.

The app stopped updating on July 24th. I get no knew information. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times....and nothing. When it works it is great...but I can't access any of the current announcements.

Pruvit App is stuck buffering on 4-7-19. I reinstalled several times with no success. I am very frustrated with this! Even went to Verizon and they verified the problem is definitely NOT my phone! Disappointed!

Works great and then... like everyone has reviewed, notifications come through, but are NOT able to pull them up as the messages just spin trying to load. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING!!

Works good then doesn't seem to load new notifications. My phone gets them. But the. When I click on them they dont load. It goes in spurts of this. Very frustrating.

Crashes often and sometimes does not update the newsfeed for weeks, it just sits and buffers on an old feed. I can't rely on this to get any up to date information.

App stopped working. Used to work. It sends notifications, but will not update for those notifications. My last updated notification on the app was November 8th.

Finding the App crashes a lot, doesn't allow me to save the pictures of the Specials to my Gallery so I can share to my customers. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. It shouldn't be so hard to share information with our customers.

Constantly having issues, never loads properly and just spins and spins. Hasn't updated since 12/2/19. Uninstalled, restarted and no improvement. Frustrating to not get updates.

Website is difficult to navigate. Buyer beware on autoship. I canceled twice and eventually had to contact my bank to dispute and close my bank card. Pruvit cares more about selling products than actually helping people with using the product. Thoroughly disgusted with their lousy customer service and lack of support. Buyer beware!

I've been trying to get updates as to what's going on in the community but it wont load, the load just keeps spinning and never refreshes. I'm really hoping it is fixed soon so I can keep in the loop.

Very delayed notifications. Don't even get some of them. App won't load half of the time. But when it does work, its useful.

so far it's not bad..but if you can have your tech team check out why the icon keeps loading not able to click on anything? but other than that I'd say it's not bad but it doesnt load any new newsfeed... to read it just keep loading symbol .. please fit this ! than 5 stars!!

App keeps getting hung up - sends notices but won't open correctly. Spinning wheel of eternity. :( Hard to take advantage of Blitzs when the app won't open.

Love this app. Keeps me updated and I can get on any time.

I used to love this app. But it has been loading the same information since August 31st. I even tried deletig and reinstalling it. I'm going to try again, heres hoping it helps. I dont like missing my business info

Does not work right. Sends a ton of notifications and when you open the app it doesn't load. Waste of memory.

Sad, the news feed hasn't updated since March 17, 2019 and it's now July 10, 2019. I continually miss out on sales, because of this. Can't depend on Facebook to update newsfeed either.It's always 6 hours late. 😔

I'm give 4 stars bc the product rocks, but nothing for their website. Spent 2hrs of my time with the end result of a migraine trying to order. Good luck changing the date for the smart shipping. HORRRRRRRRRRIBLE WEBSITE!!!!!

Doesn't work. Just spins and you can't see the messages. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, still not able to receive updates.

Terrible app. Never loads or updates so I miss alot of info. I uninstall and reinstall multiple times and it still doesn't work properly.

I got it because I kept missing the Facebook posts. It worked well and I was so happy until the conference pre-sale. Now it won't load. It has been loading since April 23.

I get a notification but when I click on it, it either asks me to login and takes forever to load, or it goes to notification page but takes forever to refresh (never).

App never wants to open. Have to uninstalled and reinstalled all the time for it to update. Almost not even worth the time anymore. Very disappointing :(
