PS2ME Parent Pro

App keeps downloading pictures as zip files. Very weak app with poor UI. Please fix this. Would be a higher rating without the picture issue

I love receiving the daily update at the end of the day (I wish I would get it throughout the day as new information was added) I would give this 5 stars but sadly everytime I click to download the picture of my child it keeps saying download failed check app permissions. I have checked multiple times and all permissions are accepted so it should be able to download and save the pictures but it doesn't. If this ever gets fixed I'll update my review.

Essential useless since the last update unable to receive notification nor download photos. I have missed many important communications with our daycare. I wrote tech support months ago without any feedback. Earlier this year would have recieved a 5/5 rating. It's so disappointing now.

I had loved this app until recently when, for some reason, I've been unable to download pictures. It keep telling me to check the permissions, which I have and all seem to be set to allow media downloads.

I use Galaxy S7 and everytime I select anything on the app it loads up, then freezes and becomes completely unresponsive. I came back to play store to check for potential updates, but no updates yet.

The last update broke downloading pictures. It displays check system permissions to allow access which is set to allow this app access to media storage. Notifications also seem intermittent, only notifying when the app gains focus.

Worked great for almost a year but now it doesn't send notifications to my phone anymore when there's an update for my son. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but issue persists.

loved the app! but now the newest update won't let me scroll down to view more of today's updates. lgv60

There is no way to turn off push notifications. So every time the teacher makes an update, no matter how minor, your phone vibrates. I've had my phone buzz 10 times in a row before.

I'm not sure if I should blame the school when I don't see certain things or the app company. I'll do 50/50. I DO NOT CARE FOR THIS APP AT ALL. It freezes, logs me out if I hit the back key and says there are updates whenthey're aren't any. It's terrible and I wish The Goddard School would use another.

For the last month or two, the app no longer provides push notifications for announcements, daily activity updates, or daily summaries. Please fix this.

App needs a lot of work and hasn't been updated in forever. There needs to be better options for communicating with teachers and staff

Can no longer download precious pictures of my babies!! All permission s are allowed...I hope they can fix the issues

It is completely unresponsive. I can not see updates on my son at all.

Beware if you disable notifications and forget your password, I had to contact support because the notification setting disables any and all emails, including forgotten password emails. They told me it is an FTC issue, but there is no way that is the case since NO other app/account/service works that way.

I loved it when using my S8 but since I've upgraded to the S9, I no longer receive push notifications even tho I turned everything on and reinstalled the app twice! Please fix the issue with push notifications for the galaxy S9.

I am not receiving pictures or video sent by my son's teacher. She sends them right in front of me at pick up, but I never get them in the app. I used to get pictures frequently in the old version, but for some reason, the new version isn't working for me.

This product used to be great until recently. It seems that the realtime update was disabled. No reason given why. Advertising it as receiving realtime updates it is no longer true. Whether the developer comes up with a paid version may be the next step, current process is just not up to date with the claims. I will remove this as without realtime updates this is useless.

Recently, the notifications have stopped coming up. I did not change any setting. Uninstall/reinstall worked once, then even that didn't fix the problem. Please fix the bug.

I had to go through tech support just to try and get into the app. There is no feature to sign up and when you enter your email and the password given to you it doesn't work. Great idea but the app needs work

I'm a teacher not a parent why is there no teacher side for android like there is iPhone.

Trying to figure out how to set up a account on this app. You need to program a sign up part into this app since every time I try to get into this, I get a message saying that my email address isn't in the system

Not sure the difference between the regular and pro, but overall nice app.

Got prompt response from support team but they were not able to resolve the issue
