What Is a Psalm?The Book of Psalms, Tehillim in Hebrew (תְּהִלִּים or תהילים meaning "Praises"), commonly referred to simply as Psalms or "the Psalms", is the first book of the Ketuvim ("Writings"), the third section of the Hebrew Bible. The title is derived from the Greek translation, ψαλμοί psalmoi, meaning "instrumental music" and, by extension, "the words accompanying the music." The book is an anthology of individual psalms, with 150 in the Jewish and Western Christian tradition and more in the Eastern Christian churches. Many of the psalms are linked to the name of King David, although his authorship is not accepted by modern Bible scholars.

This is a lovely, easy to use Book of Psalms. The only reason i haven't given them 5 stars is because it sometimes takes a minute or two to open. It improves if i turn off the wi-fi on my phone, so it could be m phone instead of the app.
The layout looks like old parchment, really cool. The font is easy on the eyes. I like this app. Also uses little MB.
Love this app...reading plan you can decide and daily verse and journal. Easy and best so far.
Very easy to navigate through the psalms but there are too many adverts that sometimes delays opening otherwise it's a very good app.

Cannot say I love this app because of these annoying ads which show up all the time. So far the design is good, practical and get to the point : reading the Psalms.
just got the app but I feel that it's a good learning tool...I would wish you had the NIV version, because the King James is beautiful but it's sometimes hard to understand...but overall it's good just the same...thank you
Its just missing the ability to highlight your favorite Psalms as a mark, that you want to read Every day. Presently I Have to right down all the (CH) on a paper so I don't Forget any. long time I just Take a Pen and put a circle Around my favorite ones in my Bible.
This psalm app has been so wonderful, it serves as a quick reach out in saying my prayers. Advert can be sometimes annoying though, but in general, the app is very efficient

i could not get to the app because of all the ads. ehen i finally found boxes 1-150 i could not get it to open, more ads. no aurible except ads.

Very good app. With an addition of other versions specifically New International Version (NIV) I'd surely give it 5 stars.
It's great to have this app because you can free everything you want I have to do what the Lord Jesus Christ and feel relaxed and very patient.
Good! but you can categorize the psalms so we can just type motivation and that psalm for motivation would show up.
A pretty good app. it would be nice if you could bookmark your favorite psalms. Also after you close an ad it sometimes sends you to the main screen with the list of psalms (1-150) instead of taking you back to the psalm you were on. And finally, there are a lot of ads which to some extent is understandable since the app is free, but this app has a LOT of ads. Edit: the app stopped working and I had to uninstall it.
