I've used the app for years with very few problems. Love being able to deposit checks with my phone. Just upgraded to galaxy s22 and now app won't open and freezes my phone. Looks like I'm not the only one having issues.
New review. Please fix this app for Android phones. Cannot get any thing but a white screen. At least let us go back to the old version that actually worked.

Very convenient, but would love to be able to access routing and account numbers on the app. If someone has managed to get into my account on the app, they don't need the account number or routing number to drain my account. Only reason to have it there is to get money *into* my account. Otherwise, I really appreciate the simplicity of use.
I just upgraded the app and now I cant get it to load. It's only a blank white screen no matter how long I wait
I just downloaded the app and all i get is a blank screen. I tried several times and it will not open.

It's a great app, except now I'm no longer allowed to take a screenshot of what I have in my accounts. Nor can I screenrecord! Please reinstate the ability to screenshot my accounts!
App wil not let me sign in will keep got back to home screen. I used to use app and like to use it. Been having issue for the last month or so.
Great app. I stayed with PSB for a while when larger banks had moved to better apps, but was hoping People's would catch up...they have! The check deposit is super convenient and the flexibility with my accounts is super helpful.

This app is very useful for me, especially after you added mobile deposit. Your survey below does not have "yes" as an option on any of your questions, therefore I did not answer them. 9/24/2020 Was able to answer questions now so that's completed. Thanks! So glad I came to Peoples!

Very well put together, and do just about anything you need aside from opening an account... I recommend.
I like the app however after 2-3 days it disappears and needs to be reinstalled. I had no trouble with the old app...

Easy to use, easy to make transfers, easy to balance my account
It is great with one minor flaw. I am treasurer for a Scout troop. At every meeting, parents bring me checks, and it is a big help for me to be able to deposit checks as I receive them without having to make a trip to the bank. Here is the minor flaw that won't affect most people. As treasurer, I have a rubber stamp for the endorsement. With the most recent update, the app doesn't recognize the stamp as endorsement. I have to make some mark with a pen on the back of each check to get it to work.
