Always says invalid user name or password and then get blocked. Log in with the same credentials on the website and it's works fine.
Truly the worst bank ever. Stay away from this bank if you want 0 customer service, reset your password once a week and be able to do nothing from your app that virtually every other bank can do now. Oh and if you want to close your account they won't let you do that without paying money too.
Good app great to use and easy just wish it had a lock feature like other cards because it many people are scanning your cards now then it would be perfect
There's no option to unveil the password you're typing. After so many wrong attempts it locks the account but doesn't tell you its locked. This app is archaic! It's 2020 PBST get with the times! 😡
Doesn't even tell you how to set it up (not even in the mobile banking section of their website), just asks for sign in, huge oversight
I find the app easy to use and can navigate easily within it.
I can't use my app for PSBT, since it is no longer active. Why would that be? If you have an answer, please let me know

No online check deposit. Balances are not always accurate. Doesn't show all of my accounts on the account screen.
Would like to be able to use fingerprint to log in on android phone. Could log in with fingerprint on my Iphone but not with Samsung S8 +
Really like the convenience of being able to check accounts on the go and love the remote deposit.
I only wanted it for remote deposit and no option shows.
Icons are missing
I've been waiting for psbt to come up with an app and like what it offers. Would've given an immediate 5 stars if it had the options (icons) it shows on their site. My branch in E. Stroudsburg is closing and I was all set to find a new bank so that I wouldn't have to drive 1/2 an hour to make a deposit. PSBTs site says that there is an option for making remote deposits. I only have the icons shown here. If they can get the deposit feature up and running I'll gladly keep our long time relationship.
I'm really thrilled to have an app to help me keep on top of my accounts at People's Security. I am sometimes not good with my accounting, so this helps me stay up to date on my account and avoid being in a deficit. One major thing that is lacking from the Android app is the ability to do remote deposit. When that occurs, I will update my review from a 3 star rating to a 5 star. Apple has this feature and many more! Let's get a move on with your Android app for your users.
Easy to use with a simple and clean interface with all the features I need
On your website it states the mobile app has mobile deposits but this app does not nor on my wife's iphone.
Pretty much great experience with the app until about a month ago. When I used the mobile deposit feature in the past I had no problems. About a month ago, my camera no longer lines up with the check; it views it from a 90° rotation, stretching the check so the viewer cannot capture the image. I have to let it time out, and I can then capture manually. Very frustrating.
