Please look into the issue, my internet connection is alright, the problem is with the app

Why this happens? Each time it checks for internet connection to get daily questions. But in home page it says, download once and save. Its not getting saved at all. Each time net connection is required

I'm new to this app..and I'm viewing it I'm Redmi note3 with android 6.0..I am not able to download..things..can anybody please help

Not able to download the questions & current affairs. Not able to go to the data bank .. complicated..
Daily question bank update is a nice feature. Overall five stars.

Can not get daily updates and ennathe mathraka chodyangal even if I have a ..good wifi connection..please check..pblm is with this app
