PSCU Mobile App

This app doesn't work. I keep getting this "Unable to verify institution" message everytime I try to register. Failure for this developer. Wish there was a half star. And yes I have downloaded the latest version. 😦

The app is not working and has not been working for quite some time yet no one at the credit union is taking responsibility or even addressing the situation which is quite unacceptable for an organization of this magnitude. I do hope 2022 will have a new app which allows easy access and reliability.

So i got a call from an IT Manager Mr. Ellis who very patiently assisted me with the registration 🤗 pop msg up "unable to verify institution" is no longer a problem. Thank you for your excellent 5 star customer care. I love that i can keep track of my balances with the app.

I forgot my password 😒so I tried to recover it and the app kept telling me that my email was incorrect when it wasn't... I made a complaint and I was told that IT would contact me.. its been 7 months now and I'm still waiting to be contacted

I am unable to access my account through the app I contact the IT and it's the same issue invalid email I reinstalled the app and same issue disappointed as a new customer ready to change credit union not impressed fix the app please

Its convenient when I do get in. Other times its frustrating when trying to verify or correct info that u may have forgotten.

This app was working until past 5 days. It keep saying timeout when logging in. I called IT they said it shall be verified within 2-3 hours and still nothing. I would not call the IT name

Unable to register. It keeps saying "unable to verify institution". Very dissatisfied.

I can't even get to sign in, I registered and when I sign in it says the username and password is unavailable

i cannot finish the registration process . a message comes up stating *unable to verify institution fix and then I will edit my review

As a long-standing member off this credit Union I am very very disappointed I would not go all the way back but stay at the present situation I conducted a transaction in which I was told it would take at least 5 to 10 days to complete.however today as I speak my account is overdrawn by $1,200 because of the incompetent staff they expect me to pay this figure the member of staff who didn't do his job should be made to pay this figure too many times
