This new app is garbage. I'm bummed I updated it. It used to be quick you make payments, check balances, and do all the major functions of mobile banking. This new app literally fails at every single one of those functions horribly. This was a huge misstep and a disappointment as out of my 3 banks, this one previously had the best interface and best functioning app. Now it is as useless as the others.

I don't love the new interface but I am not as hostile towards it as others. However, improvements can be made. After opting to transfer money from an account I do not see the total $ available to transfer from the transfer page. Also, I love the option to use the fingerprint to login to the app, but if you have multiple PSECU accounts, fingerprint access can't get into more than one account. Not sure why we cannot opt to access multiple accounts with a single login.

I heavily use this app to check my account before paying my bills throughout the month and it was working really well until the update. Now I can no longer see any of my recent transactions and don't know if one or any of my major bills has come out yet and until I do I can't pay the lesser ones. Guess I will have to use the computer... If you haven't updated don't.

I definitely liked the old layout better. I'm not sure this was an "upgrade" as much as it was just redesigned. I've gotten used to the new layout, even though it's more cumbersome. I feel like you have to take one or two extra steps to do everything on this newer version. Also, the big reason for only 3 stars is that probably 30% of the time I log in I cannot access my checking account transaction history. This completely defeats the purpose of having mobile access to my account. This is the biggest issue I'm seeing and needs addressed ASAP.

Like one of the most popular saying goes, "If it's not broke, don't fix it"! Like the old one much better. This one is hard to navigate and get to important information quickly. Gave this 3 stars instead of lower because, we have been with Psecu for over 20 plus years and we love our bank.

The interface is a little improved, but the functionality is horrid since the new update. I am unable to deposit checks through the app, as it information me that I have no eligible accounts. I will likely be opening a new account with another bank since PSECU no longer allows me to put money in my account.

Not sure why they did an upgrade without getting more end user feedback. Too many extra button clicks. It defaults to a different home page then you have to click twice to see your quick balances. The spacing between lines is larger so you see less transaction lines. And my biggest pet peeve is that whenever I want to see more transactions, half the time it displays 'No Transactions'. Just full of irritating functionality. At least my tablet has the older version.

Easy to use, quick access to account, i have installed on my galaxy core prime and my galaxy tab4. Only 4 stars because on my core prime it will not remember my online ID so I must input PIN and password on that device. It does remember the ID on my tablet. I'll give 5 stars if it starts to remember my ID on phone :)

PSECU is where major banks can only dream of being in terms of customer service and mobile banking. I haven't even lived in PA for a decade and still they meet my needs. I have been with them literally my whole life and have had nothing but pity for my friends who don't have PSECU. This app features instant check deposits, money transfers, and FICO credit score. The only downside with the app is viewing history and pending transactions is more difficult because of lack of details. For that the website is fully featured instead.

I've used this app pre- and post-update, and I think the update made things much more navigable!! It's very easy to see, move, and even label money and transactions. I love this app, online banking has virtually removed the need for balancing a checkbook!

I had the problem on Android where the camera wasn't working for deposits. Clearing both the cache and the application data finally fixed it for me.

I heavily rely on this app to deposit my checks and I've been unable to do so since the upgrade. Every time I take a picture I get the error message "height and width > 0 take new picture" I'm very frustrated.

Rarely works for mobile deposit, takes me multiple tries for the camera to focus, or its not the right size, the app has worked better with a low quality camera than a much higher quality camera.

Do not like how recent transaction history is listed by category rather than merchant as before. Now I have to go into each individual transaction to make sure it is valid rather than doing a quick glance through the list. Pending transactions are listed by merchant.
