PSECU Mobile for Tablet

Freezes constantly, and dead links. 1st, the link for FAQs takes me to a "page not found.". This freezes my Samsung tablet. I must lock & unlock the tablet to be able to proceed. The app also locks when attempting to search help, or use the "contact us" link. The app is locked in landscape mode. (The regular mobile app is not.) I contacted support and reported these issues (July 26, 2021) I have removed this and I am using the mobile app. I suggest you do the same. Android V 11

Will not let me get past login screen. Username and password entered, buffers and buffers then error message, tried and tried again, no luck. No problem with previous version. The new app is also not compatible with my older samsung smartphone. Had no problems with older app on either my samsung cell phone or samsung tablet. Disappointed. ..

continue to be unable to make a mobile deposit. After 4 days still get an error message after taking the first picture and having the ap shut down. No problems at all with web site.

it forces a landscape view and disables the entry for period mark so one cannot enter cents. and it crashes.

Won't let me past the login screen. Brings up the terms and conditions and crashes, or just sits on a blank screen.

Hard to load on SAMSUNG tablet

use it for everything and wouldn't change

Please update the app so it stops forcing a landscape layout on tablets. That's my biggest complaint. Otherwise it works fine and I love PSECU as a company and bank.

Not sure why people are beating this app up. Though it's a bit slower than the old one it's not by much. Functionality is fine. There is better bill payer funtionality (edit payees and such) so that is nice. 5 stars if it were just a bit quicker

Was not able to use some functions as I am not able to scroll. Apparently this app is only designed for tablets not phones; this was not described in the email.

Not as user friendly as old app. Agree with others forces landscape and not all content is visable. Zoom does not work. Very hard to read when everything is all pushed together. Very disappointed.

First, it forces you to use in landscape mode. No matter how I adjust the fonts, they appear cut off. I will continue to use the old app as long as it works.

Really dislike that it forces landscape mode. Options are overlapping other things. It's terrible. What was wrong with the old app?

Claimed to be compatible, but continued to crash before I could even log in. Regular app not compatible. In response to PSECU's comment, I loaded it onto a tablet (LG G Pad 7.0 LTE), which is not a phone. As I tried to say, Play Store indicated that PSECU Mobile (for phones) was NOT compatible with my device, but Play Store indicated that PSECU Mobile for Tablet WAS compatible.

App crashed on my Samsung tablet everytime I tried to open it. Reloaded multiple times, same result. Recommend you pull this and fix it.

The other new app crashes instantly without even opening; this one won't even install from the play store, just says "installation failed", and the only app they have that DOES function is being discontinued. And since PSECU is virtually online-only, that means i might have to get a new bank...
