PSiRA
PSiRA's Online Services was designed for the Private Security Industry Providers, allowing them to interact with PSiRA and enabling the sector to schedule booking with PSIRA.
South African Citizen (Users) may also use it to verify security providers who does work at their homes and\or workplace. This enable users to ensure they appoint registered security providers.
NOTE: Some of the features will require internet access to function otherwise if internet is limited or unavailable, these services will not be available until internet access is restored.

The app works with booking, but your IT department needs to up their game as this app does not function properly with everything on it. My brother has great C and did his assessment on the app, passed it, problem is this app is showing that he registered great E. So please we angry as we've been waiting long to have eveything sorted.
Dis app is totally waste of tym, it doesn't work at all, we cannot log into anything in dat app, it's all blank, nothing seems to work.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable.this app is not working,it shows the Manu but when you choose an option it shows a blank page. Fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
App is very very slow. Can't even download the psira certificate online on app. How can we get our certificate's on the app of it don't want do download?

This service is getting better as we go. This to me is quite userfriendly. Alternatively, if i didnt miss the correct procedure to follow, could you add a request list for possible furthering studies into all available categories to officers side of the application. If yes, perhaps adding requirements and links to hosts or businesses that offer such training would be very helpful. Thanks for this diligent piece of work. Jacques

Very slown, I had to go on the website to download the certificate its not downloading in this app , whats the use of this app and *why cant they have the fingerprint done online

Most useless nonsense app I have ever downloaded, it's just the same as the service we get from the psira employees.

Useless app , I've been trying to log in since Tuesday it keeps loading non stop sies psira is useless
Iv been trying to book since the beginning of the year the booking that I had this year was canceled due to going up a level and now I just can't get a booking again .when ever I look to book it's permanently full this is a terrible app that doesn't help and the website is just as usless ... how are we supposed to keep our certificates up-to-date when the people running the show doesn't know what they are doing? So I'm giving this a 1 star because it doesn't allow me to give it zero
The app is not working at all. And I'm running out of time. Need to create profile
I expect it to be more helpful than just verifying details. Queue is the stressful for every one. If the App can help with things like registration and updating of of certificate it will be more useful
This is a good App, I wish it could be able to upload all requirements when registering for the first time. ID, Fingerprints, then pay the fee as well, without going to the offices.

After an update when i log on to app my certificate is pending renewal .but my certificate was renewed at the branch and the expiry date is 2024
Only not work properly when login uses password and username but OTP links well

APP does not work at all. Can,t do anything it just keep you hanging for more then 30min. If you want people to use the app make sure its working correctly. Will not recommend this app.
This app is nonsense, did not work properly before and it doesn't work properly now. How are we supposed to sort out our documents if the app keeps displaying blank pages and no information??? App is literally useless. If I come give minus one star I would.
