I downloaded this app and does not open it remains on 0 percent and tells me to retry because i don't have an internet connection but i have data in my fon i even sent the owners an email but did not respond

Why don't u remove this having to log in feature. I keep being told that user already exists but I am trying to register .

I can't even open the app at all. If you try to register it tells you user already existed and then try to log in tells you incorrect email or password. Is this a prank or what?
