This app won't allow me to change stored card for auto payments. Even when I remove old payment method. It keeps trying to charge it. This month it finally charged my new card....TWICE !!! This app STINKS !! Unfortunately. I am stuck with it until I complain enough and the City switches apps. AAAARGH !
Everytime I try to make a payment on the app it closes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still having the same problem. It defeats the purpose of having a payment app if you cant actually make use the app to make a payment.
Better! Was not able to log in since the March 5 update, however I received a response stating a server was shut down for a few days and it is now back on. Tried today (3/23/19) and it works again. Thank you for correcting this!
App still doesn't work, can't put in payment method. It will let me put in all the card information. The first line has payment method which it doesn't allow me to do. The rest of the card info lines work fine, but you must put in a payment method for it to save it. I hope this explains my rating and problem with your app.
Useless app. Trying to add a payment method results in an error saying that you have to select the payment method. It defaults to a card and when I enter the information it doesn't want to take it.
not user friendly. you click create account it takes you to a page for info who you want to pay. so you cant create an account. and when you fill out the info on who you want to pay it doesnt acknowledge. so pointless app that you cant even use. my electric company gave me a card on this app to pay my electric bill! Junk! I cant believe a state agency, which is city hall are peddling a useless app like this. i definitly will be letting them know
Unable to make a payment with this app. Continues to say add phone number in non-existent area. Unfortunately, I have to use this to pay my water bill. Would definitely not recommend, unless you don't have another option.
I forgot about this app, because I uninstalled it sometime ago and started just calling there utility office to pay my bill over the phone. I'm not sure why I uninstalled it, but I'm planning to install it again, because it's convenient.
The new interface is great! I'm able to make my monthly payment very fast. I can even view my bill in the app.
The application doesn't work. It tells me to check my wifi. My wifi is fine. The program is not. It's not worth a dollar a month. It's a long way from being a convenience.
I use this all the time and it works great. however today I can not get the app to go past the continue. I get the payment amount in and the bank but when I click on continue the app closes.
This app is horrible. The user interface is atrocious, the app is unstable. It is barely functional if it works at all.
every since the March 5th update i have been unable to login causing me to incur a late fee and I'll have to make the payment over the phone costing me another fee.... used to be decent but not since the update.
App will no longer let me log in due to "not enough bandwidth" uninstalling because it caused a late payment and the web browser is beyond broken. If I could I would rate it at 0 stars
Can't add payment methods and it deleted my old payment method causing a past due balance. It also doesn't notify you when a payment doesn't process.
Use to use it all the time till a few monfhs ago.. now it puts a different balance in, i change it to the correct one & it quits on me. Have to keep starting over til i finally just go in & pay the bill! B.s. was convenient till this!
All I want to do is change my email address. I go into settings & it goes to changing password. I WANT to change my email! Would give it no stars.
not allowing me to make a payment because it says I don't have a valid card number which I know is incorrect cuz I've put it in multiple times and have used it in the past.
Horrible. Each month I spent days trying to access app. Password was always lost or changed. Whats up with that?
Wasted lots of time trying to set up account, only to get an error message.
I try to add my banking information on it and it said it took it successfully but when I want to make a payment the info is not in there. I am taking it off.
payment processing is slow and has double charged me on multiple occasions. this of course also accompanied by a "conveinance fee"
I use this to pay my rent. The app is super easy to use. Only complaint is the money doesn't get taken out of my account asap, it takes a few days.
You can't even delete a payment method, only add despite said prior method being an expired card! This app is a JOKE. Did you hire a 12 year old to develop it?
Im trying to make a utility payment. Its asking for a contact phone number but there is not a place to put my number. This is the app my town uses. This is bs
This app is terrible and buggy ... Unfortunately I'm stuck with it to pay my city utilities. I'm guessing this app was sent by an alien race to destroy our civilization?
tried to sign in and it took different page looks before I could sign in. the site i did sign into neda a lot of work. hope we don't end up getting are info stolen.
Trash app and system. I set up auto pay for my rent and have no grace period and they failed to process my payment sticking me with $50 late fee. Then took 4 times to even get the late payment to go through. Never rely on this app or PSN for payment processing.
