Extremely easy app in which to check how much usage you have up-to-date, file service claims, or initiate service calls. Also it's easy to report outages, specific to your immediate area. you can pay bills and do just about anything else that you could possibly do inside of a store, paying station, or any other venue of payment. also allowing you with many opportunities in ways in which to pay and you can also set up any type of payment arrangement, all from the app.

The app/ online service is garbage. Seems to always have a freaking problem. Log in to make a payment in the app? Please confirm email with a code we sent you, enter code, failed, change email, asked me to confirm with a code. Failed. I just want to pay my damn bill through the app one month without issues! This is an every other month it's something stalling my payment process online.

Everytime I try to log on it says oops. It's a good thing I'm already on auto pay or I would be in trouble. This app used to work great but over the last few months it stopped working. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

Bill pay works well for me, but I cannot view my PDF bill without installing Adobe PDF, which I don't want to use. I have Foxit PDF installed and the PSO is the only app that doesn't recognize it as the default PDF viewer. This wasn't the case a few months ago, so it must be a recent update issue.

The app doesn't show if you have a credit on your account when your already on the average plan and it is very frustrating so you can plan ahead and manage your usage and make sure you have the money for an upcomming bill when your credit is about gone.

Amount due is almost never correct - either wrong amount or a negative amount. Better to do it through the website - which unfortunately has horrible UI but atleast the amounts are accurate.

The app is junk. I had it setup to use my finger print to sign in. It always tells me my session has expired when I scan my finger and that I need to enter my password. So much easier to use the website.

App won't load. Been this way for 6 months. No update fixes it. Also, they charge a processing fee for payment through the app but not on website. Why use the app? Deleting it now.

I can never get in to the app. It's always saying something went wrong on our end please try again later. Please fix this problem. I thought it would be fixed by now. It's been a few weeks now my bill is almost due and I can't get on.

This company just got its franchise renewed and the first thing they did was price gouge their customers and receive a bailout because they were unprepared for the winter. Greedy and incompetent. They gained more than enough profit to offset their fuel cost.

This app hasn't worked since March and this is November. Straighten up and make it easy to pay my bill . Tempted to go off grid solar because of the aggravating problems trying to pay coupled with the frequent power blinks and outages

Beautiful app destroyed by one amazing problem. When I pay by credit/debit card, I'm to be charged a fee for "processing." Yet, on the website there is no charge. So, why would I use the app?

Just need to update it so a person can switch from power pay to being able to make a deposit for the electric bill so you can have a steady electric bill instead of stressing from having to come up with money for a power pay payment.
