Smoothly using from the last one year by adding Visa credit card but once I upgraded to Mastercard Platinum 3D secure card the App is not adding my credit card showing Card is not 3D secured don't know why but know I have to quit this App if problem exist
I cannot add a payment method most of the time, it fails. But when the payment method is added, never once have I been able to top up my wallet, it fails ALWAYS. Fix this please
Since I went for latest Updates, payment option is not working. Adding/Removing card is working but money transfer gets failed. It was not in previous versions. Plz resolve it asap
It is not adding the payment method. I am not able to charge my card. Totally rubbish app I think. I will change my view if app starts working
Start using this service almost 3 year ago and every update make this app more smooth and this time they add free bogo app option.. great

Too many Bugs even after the new update. App gets force shut down, either you edit profile or vehicle or add the Fuel filly details date wise. Such a huge disappointment for a Company like PSO who does not have any good App Developers who can Debug these issues. 1-star.
Was going to try it as a new user. It asks for Date of Birth. Good luck pressing that back button in Date Picker for changing years until you reach yours. Not gonna use this until it gets fixed.
Guys, I think you dont have a QA guy. Nothing is verified / If verified there are still bugs/ List of Bugs I noticed 1- Topup via Bank when you click the dropdown "Please Select Card" Nothing happens only the field background disappears. I mean the list did not load. 2- Refer friend (when Enter Friends mobile # It shows an error msg "No Data Found") Please fix these bugs. its not a bug its Blocker. for now the app is useless . unless I can made the payments via App Regards, Irfan (Senior UI/UX Specialist)
All is good but there are two issues that are bringing bad experiences on the app. 1. We can't add credit card successfully, everytime when we add credit card it says "TOPUP FAILED".. 2. We can't add vehicle successfully to manage our daily consumption, everytime when we add vehicle it says "NO RECORD FOUND". These should be fixed ASAP.
At the moment this app is flawlessly doing it's assigned tasks, though it is not that user friendly. Like for card management a tab is with name of Card MGMT and which is also accessible after accessing various other tabs. I am giving this app 4 stars due to its functionality and idea but I believe still there is need of making UI more user friendly and also for adding more options to top up like Jazz Cash is missing.
The app is good but the gui is not friendly. Also there is no option to change odometer reading after saving incorectly. When click on update to add feul to a vehicle the keyboard starts flashing on and off and doesnt let the user enter new odometer reading.
I have received my card but unable to activate it for 2 days as I'm not getting the activation code. Can't use the app as a result. Emailed the developer but no response. Hope they resolve the issue. Will change rating once I'm able to use the app.
I am trying to register my card and when I want to input DOB the app requires selection on a calendar and takes it back month on month... my date of birth is over 40 years does the creator of this app expects me to press month to month screen change 500 times to get to my DOB! I have tried to input manually but it forces calendar selection. Seems that an inexperienced person has made this app. Cant move ahead at all. Very frustrating.
I have very good experience regarding this app. It keep me updated to my account transactions. Balance and my rewards. One bug i have encountered is that in one tab an error is show that city field is required kindly debug your database.
Not able to activate on my phone as I am using Android 10. I acviate on previous version on my brother phone. Now not able to transfer any money to my card and not able to use it on my phone. It's not user friendly. Needs immediate update from developer
Very bad optimization in the app. It is not working on android. I have my 2 android mobiles, there are errors like " PSO fuelink app has stopped " very disappointing. Kibdly resolve the issues. But the application is working well enough on iOS platform.
Unable able to pay for new registration, debited 1pkr to link easypaisa account but can't progress further than that
Just installed the app and was applying for new card. Quite skeptical as why it is asking for sensitive information like mother's name, DOB, etc which could be misused. Due to this, I have not completed the registration process. Mother's name, DOB, CNIC are prime information for any individual which could be used to access information from any bank (for example). This app is just for fuel card and there seems to be no reason for inquiring these details from customers...
Top up via easypaisa still not working
Pathetic app. I wasn't able to login when I have to upload the card for fueling. This sort of things happening so many times. You guys uses a platform of such a huge organization and advertising country wide, you should realize the level of people expectation when someone trusting your card and uses solely this app and goes on a trip. When your representatives gives excuses that link is down for the continuous 4 days. Wow!!!!!!!
Unable to activate my card after switching to another phone. Whenever I try to click activate button, nothing happens. Edit: Finally after the 11th Feb update, I am able to login in to this app. Thank God.
Im new user since last month. App is indeed excellent and working perfectly BUT I'm unable to recharge on many PSO fuel stations even most of filling stations doesn't accept card, where accepted, machine found offline. So card system is not a good option due to bad service
I can't registerted, Getting error user already registered, But i can't login and recovery Password...
So i installed the app, i was asked do i have a card i said no, there was sign up form and there was mandatory date of birth field on that field i can only change month there was no direct year selection that means if my DOB year is 1990 i have to tap > (30 * 12) times on that stupid field, wow! Seriously, improve UI
I installed the app on my mobile, and paid 250 along with topup 1000 it required, But i never got a password to login, when i tried to login using my user name and email, it says email not found in records, there is no way of getting resetting password which was never asked from me on registration page, and it asks for card number, which i dont know what or i never received an email for or no info about it, poor app needs lots of improvement and i lost 1000 topup too,, some one can help me figure out what is going on?
Seems like a good app. i have downloaded and topup the amount. but unable to understand how to activate the app/account. while entering account number which received via sms it is showing invalid account number
Surprisingly Excellent. 1. Got the card in 02 days. 2. Excellent helpline support (Connected twice on first call). 3. Very simple top up options. Sign up process very desirable. App also has good features. 4. PSO has done very well. Commendable. Hoping you can add UPaisa and JazzCash to top up as well.
