Not as bad as I've seen others say I am using the free abilities of this app, and it's not that bad. Getting to post your thoughts and get feedback from others who have words to say is great, and being able to give the same back to others feels just as therapeutic. When using it as free it's not exactly a place to seek professional help, but there's value in what it offers.
The application is perfect and I'm strongly thankful to the creators after trying it on. Though the only issue i have is that it won't open anymore for a second time. Whenever i press the app , the logo remains there frozen without loading. Please do help me if possible , thank you in advance.
I made two different accounts and on both those accounts I was told the ending my life would be better. It was by the same person and I've reported them multiple times but somehow they're still on the app. This is absolutely ridiculous. I come on this app so that I may helpothers and receive help myself but I can't do that when things like this happen and aren't taken care of.
If I could pick a 0 I would, whether its bots or not that are telling me to kill myself or send me gore images it doesn't matter, they shouldn't be programmed like that and you should've set up the app correctly before releasing it, its a huge tw and i dont recommend it whatsoever, if your looking for therapy or counselling get 7 cups. Its a free app unless you'd like advice from a therapist, it doesn't contain gore images 😡
It's a great app but can be improved a lot more in chat section...the internet speed seems to be very slow often in this app...and that thing happens abruptly in the middle of an important conversation which can give the reciever a notion that am not taking him seriously which is not a good sign to be given out there while helping
I cannot even update my profile picture. Saving image goes forever. Also, the developer's name is too generic and the app name and icon is quite different than what's displayed here on play store. I call hard to trust.
This app is bad. I'd give it zero stars if possible. I canceled my subscription within the first 20 minutes of use. After one single post I made, I got 5 replies telling me to kill myself in graphic ways. I managed to connect with someone for an actual conversation, and she mentioned the same exact issue. This is a very serious issue, and I feel as reporting does nothing.
a great app, but please fix this one issue. i am not receiving notifications. however, i get the notification thag says people are waiting for me to answer them. but i am no longer getting notified of their messages immediately. i just updated the app for the 2nd time, fingers crossed. a lot of people on here are rude in my opinion, but that is not your fault. just a fair warning, but there are some people that you can reall connect yourself to.
This app is an amazing idea but there are a lot of people on it who purposely send mean messages and close the conversation, sending disturbing images as well. I would get 4-5 on one post. I hope that can be somehow reasoned with.
Nice app, love the fact I can help support people when they are down but I noticed that as I chat for sometime with an individual, it suddenly stops delivering the message to them even when it shows they are online, could there be something I'm not doing right or what can the problem be? It has happened severally which is not nice as it cuts my conversation with people who need help. please fix this, thank you
The top person for me was someone asking me where I'm from, it's a good concept but I can't block him and another man was asking for my number also top three. In short just don't look for help online just go look for it locally.
App is great, helped me in the past, but now, no matter what I do the app won't open.it doesnt let me update either, the button doesn't say "update".
This is a really great app. Aside from seeking for help from others, you can also play your role as a fellow human to give others some advice and encouragement that others will need. It's a two-way profit! I totally didn't regret using this app.
Actually the worst thing I've seen relating to therapy apps. I never write reviews but this pushed me over the limit. Constant bots telling you to "kill yourself," "pull the trigger," and furthermore sending unwanted gore related images and videos. Truly disgusting I'm surprised this hasn't been taken down. Complaints do absolutely nothing as they remain active constantly
It doesn't let me sign in it says failed to sign in every time and i cant see anything in the app it just keeps refreshing
It is an amazing app to communicate and help others struggling with their mental health and to get some help yourself. It really shows you that you aren't the only one going a lot.
Theyll delete this. But there is a troll on the app sending threats to everyone and violent messages. When we complain the app delete our posts. They are helping the bullies. We try to email them but we get auto messages in return and no results. I left a review before about this and they deleted it. If they fixed this, itd be a fantastic app! This is the ONLY flaw.
There could be very kind people on the app, but there's an issue with bots who send people gore photos and repeatedly say horrible things. If you're very sensitive please refrain from this app until they fix the bot issue 💖
I never rate but this App is amazing. I got help from some really nice people and was able to help others, which made my day! The community is very kind and it is so nice to be able to just say what every you are going through out loud and not having to worry about hurting anyone or being judged. I love this App, great Job!
It is honestly really good overall but the messaging delivery system is extremely glitchy and buggy. Sometimes messages won't be sent for hours and that too completely randomly so if you are in the middle of a conversation with someone, it gets completly cut off and it also becomes really hard to initiate a conversation too. Would really like to see a much more stable, robust and fast messaging system to make this platform amazing!
