On android this app is not working at all. On my trainer's phone it looks amazing and really modern, i can't even record work outs properly on my phone and it looks very outdated. That wouldn't bother me too much if I could actually record my work outs. We've tried uninstalling it / reinstalling it / playing around with settings on my trainer's end, nothing worked. Works fine on Apple though it would appear.
This software is incredible! If you are any type of coach that has a need to send exercises (primarily) along with many other areas such as nutrition, daily habits, clients needing a schedule, then this app is a must. The creators are updating constantly and are very polite and professional. A quality investment on my part to grow my running and personal training business.
Keeps crashing. I deleted a client. Went back to the app and it is stuck trying to load a client no longer there. Would expect the system to update and allow the app to revert back to the main dashboard. Pretty poor
Why is this so buggy? Saving info is almost impossible, circle just rotates forever saying "saving" but it doesn't. Attempting to log on to site from computer to save info. Also my trainer uploaded workout videos for me to follow and it doesn't rotate, stays in vertical mode. Please fix!
My wife is evaluating this for her business. The Android experience is terrible. iPhone experience is much better. Providing a poor user experience to half her customers is not appealing. No option to add photos to food log. Photos in chat won't post in portrait orientation. Coach feedback doesn't even show up.
Surely I am not the only person who cannot view excercise videos full screen. They just appear small at the top of screen with no option to pause, switch to full screen etc.
The app does the job but at the absolute bare minimum. It's a shame the apple version of the app is much more refined. If you had the app running at the same level on Android as you do running on iPhones this would have easily been a 5 star review. Please please please invest in this app on android, the platform overall is fantastic and it's a shame that this one element lets you down.
Completely stopped working on Android after latest update. Website at least is fine
Hard work! There is no way to enter information for each set on the app. Waste of time to be honest as the app for Android users are not user friendly. Wish I could give it zero.
Am currently using w/trainer. Haven't been able to consistently log in a few days without multiple attempts. Super frustrating.
Can you please fix the timer icon and time bar cutting off ability to open/expand last workout? They overlay each other, very frustrating
I've only had it for about a week, due to my coach telling me to download it, and it seems to ALWAYS close when I'm trying to edit something. I'm not thrilled about the app. I wouldn't recommend it.
Android version is. Very basic and most of the functions don't work. When will we get the same service as IOS
Short videos with very clear instructions and demonstrations. Great exercises and session plans for number of reps you choose to do.
This new updated app is much better for the updated Android version however, there are still a lot of bugs problem when loading the app.
They really need to update for Android. It's frustrating and disappointing to use it knowing it's so much better on iPhone
Honestly doesn't work. Doesn't load half the information and the accessibility for the user is horrible.
This app does not work I have downloaded and deleted it 6 times in 24hours now and it doesnt even open....just says loading. Does....not...work.
Without sign up it is asking for signing in
Told that password and email not found but unable to reset. Uninstalled and re-installed several times. Finally removed from phone.
Disappointing that the apple version of the app is so much easier to use. Please update for Android!
Can't do certain on app. Was told it's my phone, but can't figure out how to fix it and was not given any solutions. It's a good start though
crashes almost all the time. not so useful when compared to alternatives.
Fix the continued ap crashes. Get it together already! It aggravation when your on a set and it crashes and you have to start all over again, unacceptable 😑 Makes a gym goer pissed at his trainer and unmotivating!
