A little update to my previous review, it seems loading the app with data instead of the university WiFi circumvents the infinite loading screen problem for me. UPDATE: Unfortunately, this time the app only works the first time around. Second time I try to open the app, it's an infinite loading screen. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app to use it every time. There definitely needs a big fix/update or a rollback to the previous iteration of the app.
Bad UI, wrong ETAs and crashes makes this app worthless. Better to check online schedule (good luck - the transit site has dead pages with outdated schedules) than use this app. The posted schedules also only include a tiny portion of all stops. You've got to guess when the bus is coming based on the closest stop to where you want to get on and even then the bus is late or early. I've been here for five years of grad school and I've watched Pullman transit lose good routes and become unreliable.
Ever since the September "update," it doesn't open at all! The October "update" fixed nothing; it still won't open! What's the point of having a bus tracking app that doesn't work at all?! The old version wasn't always accurate, but at least it was better than the useless new version!
It's pretty clunky. Sometimes rides will just disappear/reappear randomly, and you have to restart the app, which doesn't always work. Quite unreliable and I missed a bus because of our. Just stick to the bus schedule and show up a little early just in case.
Since updating, this app literally crashes upon opening. It is now unusable, and if I'm correct I can't reinstall the old version. Not only that, but the old app freezes and gives so many errors that I was forced to install this more broken version. Do not update if you can help it.
App is trash. I click on the bus to see where its app and shows me a completely different bus that isn't what I clicked. Some on the half the bus times dont show up. This app has caused me to wait at a bus stop for 30 minutes before. Complete trash, complete waste of storage, and currently have to wait 16 minutes now because the app is retarded. Fix this app
App rarely opens and functions like it's supposed to. Have to close and reopen several times before even getting the bus stops available and even then it's not guaranteed that the bus routes will show up.
Most of the time the ETA for the bus is way off. It'll say the bus will arrive in 20 minutes, then two minutes later you'll see that the bus your stop and the ETA had skipped and another bus won't arrive for another 10-15 minutes. You can't depend on the ETA, you have to actually watch the bus beacon to see when the bus will arrive because times are never correct. Sometimes busses will disappear and you have to restart the app for them to show up. Good luck getting it to load before 9 a.m.
The new interface is awful and impossible to use. This app used to be a convenient way to check when buses would arrive; now I can barely figure out how navigate the app.
Worked fine before the update, now nothing loads except the logo picture, why update it if it's just going to break the app? Edit: It has been a month and I still cannot use the app, someone else said try wifi vs phone data and it does not help. Please fix this the app is literally unusable!
This app is possibly the only thing that makes me angry and im not an angry person lol. I cannot explain how many times the app closes and stops on itself and then the ETA times are completely awful. One moment they will say that they are 35 mins away and then a minute later it says they are already passed your stop. Then also when you are to click on a specific bus say like the Crimson, it takes shows you the grey route. This app is possibly the worst thing ever made and they need to revamp it
Why can't they add a gps to their buses like food delivering? This would be so easy. The buses are really inconsistent. Some days you think you got it down but others you sit there waiting an extra 10-15min. Now about this app; it sucks, I've never seen it show a time for the bus I use. So no, it doesn't work. We as students have to pay a mandatory fee of $100 in our tuition include specifically for buses. So no, they aren't free to use either. That's $200 a year each student pays.
It would probably be fine if they actually updated it when there was a service change or problem. But they don't. It's incredibly unreliable.
The app is helpful but it really needs an update, it gives me errors every once in a while and it takes forever to load, and freezes up quite often.
Since the new update the app won't even open on my phone. It was fine before. Now I click on it and it tells me i have to close the app cause it will not function. My phone is a samsung and this app is broken. Please fix it as i need it for school.
Does not work. The app doesnt evel load the initial map. Develiper does not respond. Time to shame them? Fix it! Fix it! Fix it!
Extremely slow and inaccurate more often then not. It tells me a different time when I pull up the bus route I want and click on my stop verse when I just click on my stop.
Simply does not work anymore. New re-design broke the app. Even a paper weight has more functionality than the app.
Crashes with my Note 10 on start up. Used to run perfectly. Very useful app when it worked.
Won't load. Some days it's great but most of the time it will take forever to get a map up or to get the buses times up.
If there's an app that was less reliable then this I haven't seen it. Loads inconsistently, sometimes not at all
Works maybe 10% of the time. Kind of useless if you're trying to catch a bus on a tight schedule.

App doesn't fully launch, didn't need this update. The old one was perfect.
Does what it needs to do. Interface could be a bit better for those who don't know there way around Pullman.
App is working now, and my commuting has been a lot easier to work with.
Excellent for the city of Pullman to get around via public transportation. More accurate time of bus arrivals than Google maps.

After the last update it sucks. Google map works even better than the app.
If the app worked consistently, I'd rate 5 stars. The functions they put in it are really good. But frequently it won't load. Be it the estimated arrival times, the stops on the map, or the whole app, it often doesn't load in some way, even given time. Which makes the app useless and frustrating!) This had happened to me on 2 phones, multiple wifi, mobile data, day/night, various days, etc. The problem is the app!
