Servigistics Field Service Mobile 11 is compatible with Servigistics 11.1 and later versions. Contact your Servigistics administrator to find out if your server is configured with the optional module to enable it to work with Servigistics Field Service Mobile.
Release 11.1.0 contains a number of new features and defect corrections including:
- Home Screen icons have been updated
- Closeout process has been updated to start from a checklist
- Tasks and tickets are now stored locally on the device. They will not be removed from the device if the application is shutdown during normal daily operation

Lol at what's new...bug fixes...you'd have to start from scratch to eliminate these bugs. App is garbage.

Not working on oxygen os
Still bad. Could not verify for login for an hour. I can't believe people write software this poorly and dump it on the market. Had to downgrade another version due to latency and data loss per my company's recommendation.
I know half the issues are my company servers but it is time consuming
This app is horrible rarely works right. Disconnected multiple times a day. Error pops up constantly . Avoid if you can.
Don't waste your time this is utter garbage. If I could give 0 stars I would
downloaded and installed v 11.1.4 and it is worse that the previous version.. these guys don't know how to develop an app, they keep getting worse with each release. the lapp is slow, crashes, and hangs, have to keep rebooting my phone to clear..... stay away from the crappy app. I would give it a neg -1 if it was an option
Seems like each time a new version gets released it just gets worse. Slow, errors, logouts is just some examples.
Both versions 11.1.3 and 11.1.4 give failed to validate server's certicate, server's certificate is not valid. Resulting in continuous log out. Can't stay logged in more than 20 sec. Hate this app.
0 stars please. Laggy at best, at worst does not work at all.
11.1.4 fails to load at all!
Can't believe it could get worse but did. To manny screen to find part and to close a task. New update made even slower and can't even scroll to see entire task. Very frustrating
When I installed this new version, it was working good but now running real slow and keeping saying loading. I uninstalled it and installed older version
Uninstalled 11.1.4 due to issue failing to load. Why was it posted here? Installed 11.1.2 from prior APK. Is it possible to add updates in the Notification shade to Android version so I can see what task is currently in process without having to go back in to the app?
Way too many clicks to complete simple tasks. Times do not sync as fast as WFM version 10. Fix it and make it easier, not complicated.
After using the application for about a month it's worse than it used to be. TERRIBLE
Awsome field service application
Our company has been using this for years. Never have I ever had a single day with no issues. Constant repeated server error popups, closed tasks reappearing (new with version 11), blank menus, etc. Horrible developers must be making this app because I have never used a more broken piece of production software in my life.
Somehow my company bought into this app however it was a massive error on their part. I think the application was sold to management while out drinking and the rest of us employees and customers are suffering the hangover.
Zero work productivity with this app.

What a piece of crrap
Worst software I have ever come across. Won't run in the background. Doesn't aĺlow updating of next job if previous job still downloading. Loses signal when, for example, moving from WiFi to 4G (have to go into aircraft mode and back before it regains signal). Locks up at midnight when moving to next day. Hopeless. Shame there is no zero star rating.
