I have linked MDN of evo4g device , it shows daily bandwidth usage but with delay and there is no way to see complete bandwidth and usage with expiry date so that one can know to resubscribe. App should be linked to digital payment platforms so that bundles can be rebscribed conveniently. Bundle options for evo4g are not there so one can know amount for a particular bundle . All in all this app is not useful enough for evo4g, dont know about its usefulness for fixed line solutions.
extremely pathetic service, will never recommend any one to use this app or use ptcl services. my fiber broad band is off from last 2 days, even after contacting several times at ptcl help line no response at all. furthermore u simply cant use this app to register complaint every time after adding otp the msg of invalid subscription appeared. i m thinking to switch to nayatel.
Badly designed, the purpose of uploading this app is not facilitation but fulfilling a formality and confusing the customer further. It has to be not on googleplay since this app is of no use for the customers. I will rely on calling them and listening their irritating music for 20minutes for registering a complaint. Pathetic
Please add option to save credentials of evo mdn and ESN* to check usage.. it is very lengthy and time taking procedure to type mdn and other credentials just to check my usage every time. Reply: It says that my mdn does not matches with the provided cnic.. how it can match if it is on the name of someone else in the family.
Worst Service seriously, app doesn't show full information like Validity, Recharge, Balance, Look at other apps like Jazz and Telenor, they have a structure, and this app is pathetic as heck, everything wrong with it. Please update it.
I just installed this app from last 4 days. But still didnot make my id. I tried all following steps in the end otp send by ptcl to my email id and my sim but i didn't got otp on my sim in time it will receive approximately 7 hr later. When i put both otp on given area. They error occur plz try later.
There should be option to edit profile including changing email address. Right now it is impossible to change email associated with the profile even if you no longer have access to the email.
It was not good! On there soo limited information is shared with us. Im want to check about my packages And others information like promotion package and other things offered by ptcl.
Doesn't do the job it is intended to. After tapping on a tab it takes forever and doesn't show anything. Useless app
I have never seen such a low quality app where you cannot even signup. I have tried more than 50 combinations for password but the message always remained the same *password must contain blah blah blah*. Worst app ever.
Doesn't even start. I have been trying it occasionally since 2 years. The webportal is fine but the app is just BS.
I am not even able to login. It says incorrect account id. Whereas with same account id I paid the bill. Looks like system database is not sync with application. It least u should create a smooth signup process.
The app is too slow. Even I can't complained for my slow internet the app asked me for an OTP which is suppose to send on may mobile number but i wait for an hours and i didn't received an OTP. Such a useless app you guys made. 👎👎👎
Unable to download bill from app, it proceeds and then freezes. Even can't take to any other option.
This app is not telling the data standby as well as the daily standby is less than that . Improve its data usage systemMake it better and I am very grateful to you
Worst EXPERIENCE I want to update I'd card no on PTCL touch app When I update the ID card No its Status show successes fully updated. But when I see back it's not updated.
It is the worst app like their service. Adding an OTP for complaint makes it worse as it says that I don't have a valid subscription. Why do you make UX so hard.
The overseas bank card like Visa Master we can not do payments. Sir i am overseas. I want to use International bank cards. I am paying Bills of K ELECTRIC from here with my international bank cards.
This app is so bad. Nothing works after you login. You keep touching the options but nothing happens. Only setting works. I have to restart app several times to make it work so I can check my internet usage but still it doesn't work.
Previous app was also a glitch. But this one is a failure. Doesn't work anymore. No usage data visible. You click, wait, wait, wait. Nothing happens. Worst ever GUI. World telcos are moving forwards. PTCL is taking steps back. Resolve your problems and grow up by making some sensible apps and customer support.
You guys are an example of a worst mobile application in the world. Nothing is working: can't sign up, can't sign in, and can't even do anything as a guest. You guys take bills and put loads of taxes on thoses like you're are the best. But in reality, you're not even close to being OK. I'm going to connect to Stormfiber after around 25 days of no telephone and broadband service in my hometown in Sialkot. Goodbye.
Using on my Samsung s7 edge, the interface is not friendly and crashes a multiple times, specifically when updating the profile. Why is it so complicated? you guys don't need to put everything in the app, the app should just be for an ease, and not to be an ENCYCLOPEDIA ! Ufone has improved it's app, just make it like that.
I can't login to me account I'm entering correct email and password and it's showing error that you haven't enter password.
Pathetic after login no option is working after clicking on complaints it goes blank and so far other options too are not working

It's not let me sign in on another phone keep saying wrong password as I am entering same password. When I enter my email in forgot password field it says "something went wrong please try again later". The App UI is fully confusing as well as irritating and old looking like Windows mobile. Can't find many options and functions i.e. Changing Evo Charji SSID and Password, Evo Battery Percentage etc.
I've linked MDN of charji; some features are good like it remembers Email and Password, so easy to login. But I found one problem that this App shows only how much data we have used, do not show remaining/total data, which cause confusion sometime. Actually every time I resubscribe charji package before earlier package finish, So when I check data usage here, it simply show used amount of data, but not show that how much it is remaining. So please add feature that it shows remaining data. Thanks
