The problem is after i installation when I clicked on "add" the pop-up shows it has been added, but nothing is added when igo and check in WA

I keep adding and re-adding but keep looking for it on WhatsApp. It basically keeps disappearing and I have to go to the app, open it and add every time I need to use it
