Public Grievance (India)
The DAR&PG has been making endeavors to bring excellence in public service delivery and to redress grievances of citizens in a meaningful manner by effectively coordinating with different Ministries and Departments of the Government and trying to eliminate the causes of grievances.
This is a Government of India aligned app aimed at providing the citizens with a platform for redress of their grievances. If you have any grievance against any Government organization in the country, you may lodge your grievance here which will go to the Ministry/Department/State Government concerned for immediate redress.

It is shame to govt not able to create app . Embedded website in browser in app that is not mobile app. It is called web site
This is the worst governance system many times I wrote my plea at pm modi site it got transfered to pgportal the uncompassionate bureaucrats didn't entertained plea for several months they give reply via text message stating case closed ,
This app takes you to GOI websites which are painful to negotiate. A retrograde step considering that apps are supposed to make things easier!
Citizens can directly lodge their grievance with respective departments and ministry of any state via this app.
App. is slow, but is useful. But the response from government employees is not proper, but better than earlier (This complaint is not related with quality of this App. which is very good). At least this government is trying to make good improvement.
A solid idea by the government to keep check on the nonsense of the departments... Power to the citizens!
The UI looks like it is a mobile site without proper media queries. I am sure the developers can get a proper app UI done and update the app. The whole experience of using this app is bad without a proper user interface.
No solution from grievance and procedure and employee s are not changed. Only app is made for time pass please see no profit of common man only waste of time and money.
I congratulate my Indian Govt for this initiative.. Thanks from Public.. But make the mobile application as for mobiles, its is browser oriented.
Desktop version is given in play store. Can not be used on smartphone. Better to visit desktop version on laptop or desktop.
Why you peaple always load directly URL in webview. Please make real Android app. India has lot of Android engineers. Please use them.... Make quality app

This is era of different type Apps and this web interface is no more accepted today better to develop true apps first ..

This App can be utilized very effectively for the benefit of individual and for the benefit of society also.

It is just a link to the desktop version ( original website ) and not an "App"
I have used the site after Modi goverment has come speed of response is there but quality still remains suspect

It's not an app. It looks more like a mobile website. The interface needs a revamp. Please look into it. Cheers!!
Effective results
Nice app to use previously I used this on website. App should be useful. Most important is grievances should be solved. Let see
