I had to reset my phone and forgot my e-bank I.d. or whatever to log in, and nobody in the after hour department can help me figure it out. Now I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere with no atm around me and can't figure out how much money I have to pay for a taxi.

Was working just fine on March 22nd. Then I went to check to see how much money I had on the 23rd it wouldn't open. It still won't. I'm supposed to be able to rely on this app you know, since it has MY money shown. This is highly frustrating.. please fix ASAP.

This app worked great until about a week ago. It just stopped working. I try to log in and can't get passed the "receiving response ". I called CS and they have no idea about the issue. After years of having no issues, I am very disappointed with this sudden defect.

Great app, except... when I try to take a photo of a check for mobile deposit, the check image is upside down on my phone (Nexus 5x). This makes it almost impossible to line up the picture. The alignment is right on my Nexus 7 tablet, but it often fails there too because the camera isn't good enough. Fix the upside down images and I'll have no complaints at all.

It has been a whole year since I have been unable to use the Mobile Check Deposit. But wait! It looks like they gave the app a new shiny paint job but MCD is still not functioning, arguably the number one feature any bank should have. It baffles me as to why they would spend all that effort to making things look nice but continue to ignore customer's requests to have Mobile Check Deposit fixed.

Unuseable. Can't read messages. Can't get an authentication code to log in. Twisted itself around online application so now I have zero online access. Back to drawing board. Please return regular, browser-based mobile application. Thank you

I used to love this app. Been banking with pscu since they bought out norlarco. Now i can't login to this app or the website and I've been on hold for over an hour just to find out how much money I have, probably just going to switch my bank if you don't fix this soon.

I've been using this app for a long time, but ever since they added mobile check deposits it's been so much more useful. Now with the new UI overhaul it even looks amazing too! Way better than the actual website for sure!

This app has been fine for years until they switched their platform or something and now I can't even log in through the app

Public service updated I don't like this app can't get into it been trying all day now I don't know why they don't leave things alone

All you dumb people that complain about mobile check deposit should probably just speak to a representative instead of complaining. It's only optional when you have direct deposit.

The only thing I need in a bank app is mobile deposit.

Same issues as others. Worked great prior to March. Can no longer login and continue to get error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. Please fix

As of March 23, 2017 this app has been superseded by the new app in the store and is no longer functional. Too bad, this app was simple, straight forward and easy to use and provided everything I needed in one place.

I used to love this app, but now I can't even login to it. It was very convenient when it actually worked.

I loved the option to take a pic and deposit funds. Why would that function be removed... :(

Can't even login anymore. Not here, not from my computer.. I can't see any account activity whatsoever. Customer service was no help.

Used to love PSCU and their app, but without mobile deposit they're losing their losing an edge on the competition.

This app was waaaay better than the new app you guys rolled out with. Please bring it back.

Revert to last app version as I hate running to the bank and absolutely LOVED the mobile deposit option!!!!!!

This is a very intuvative site. Easy to use and access.

The app worked fine now nothing works! Not even the website login!

Used to work now I can't login and the app hangs when exiting.
