It works, even when I leave the app for a few minutes and it says "the app has stopped working", I just have to open it again and it's fine. It would be much better if planned journeys could have more than two points. I want to actually be able to plan it with specific in-between points.

As a new user my experience was intensely negative. App gave awful directions, could not map a convenient way from the airport to the bus station. Couldn't help me locate where to buy a myki. My advice is to download Uber instead.

This app is pointless. It shows a specific time for a train/bus. After reaching the station I get to know that the train is cancelled. This happened thrice in one month. The opal app is nsw doesn't do stuff like this. If the train was cancelled I would've known. Horrible!

Timetables not updated. Sunbury line train times are incorrect. App updated. Arrived at station the morning to find mismatch for departure time of next train, again. Completely unreliable! I do however like that I can scan my Myki on phone and top up instantly.

Absolutely shocking. Very rarely are buses accurate Absolute waste of data. Bring back old fashion updated timetables they are so much more reliable

The app used to show in real time how many minutes until the bus arrives. This was very useful for me, to know if the bus is running late or I've missed it. Has this feature been taken out?

Stop working completely. All saved bus routes don't show any updates of bus coming and scheduled time. Huge disappointment.

Whenever there's a disruption to my line, my stop which is not serviced by replacement buses gets autoerased from the starred list and it can't be added again until trains are back up.

Rarely opens on the first try. Tracker isnt as accurate as it's portrayed. And if there is a change to the timetable instead of asking if you'd like to remove it from your favourites, even if the change doesn't affect you for your part of the journey, it just removes it meaning some favourites you're adding back almost every week because of this QOL option missing

The mobile myki is the worst experience ever. It simply does not work on my google pay, causing me to lose $10 in the digital card itself and another $7 for the physical card.

At least have a feature to let a user choose their train line and send push notifications if there is a delay or cancellation on their train line.

All the ingredients seem to be here, but the app itself is not very intuitive and has a lot of bugs. Pros: Being able to top-up your Myki with NFC in the app - saves queuing for the actual machine. Estimated fare in trip planner is also useful Cons: App won't stay logged in to Myki data, and upon signing in often won't load any Myki data until after you've restarted the app multiple times. Trip planner seems counterintuitive and is often not up-to-date.

It Is ok but highly recommended an update and for more reliable data because it gives mix data for bus and train timings

Crashes the first time I try to open it, have to open it twice everytime.

This app USED TO have a fantastic trip planner: Easily telling you when the next tram was, if there was a delay and if you missed it, when the next one was expected. Frankly, I'm not sure what this upgrade did, it's AWFUL NOW. Impossible to navigate and you have a million steps to try to figure out how to get from point a to point b until you give up and hope Google maps is correct because it is better to use than this app.

Definitely what you should use when taking public transport in Victoria, with live updates and platform numbers available, unlike Google maps. It has useful information and makes paper timetables for the late part unneeded, which is good. It does have its problems tho, with one thing I notice frequently being the live time updates often very messed up in multiple ways and for the most curious reasons. The actual info screens at stations are also wrong at times, but don't agree with this app!

The updated app simply doesn't work. No map will show, no nearest stops will show and the user interface is a basket case that hides the most used function (nearest stops). Really a lesson in how not to do things. Update: the old version of the app can be downloaded from apkpure (and probably other places), uninstall this rubbish and put the old version back on and have a working app again.

overall the app has been useful easy to bring up schedules, estimated arrival time, option to save favourite routes . Timing isnt always accurate but that's understandable due to traffic delays etc. What isnt understandable is every few months my saved bus stop changes and gives me the time of the same bus going the opposite direction - like today. Extremely frustrating espcially in this cold weather.

Barely works. Search function can take minutes to fail at locating a station or stop. Times shown are not accurate, randomly adding or subtracting 10 minutes from the actual times, not to mention adding random incorrect on foot travel instructions. Some days it just doesn't function at all. Honestly the worst app I have. It's disturbing that this is Victoria's only choice.

I've used this app many a time and found it to be very reliable and accurate. Allows you plan ahead when applicable and set reminders. Informs you of disruptions across the public transport network. Shows numerous start and finish times for any given to and from. Easy to use. Has allowed to get to some very important appointments on time, one of which has changed my life profoundly for the better. Great app

New update is insane! Unusable interface, you have to navigate 800 different things just to figure out one journey, and you can't even look at a future tram that's not the current tram arriving so you can't even plan a journey to commence in 10 minutes time. It only lets you look at the immediate tram arrival. This app was great but now I just use Google until I figure out how to roll back the update to when it was usable

You can set a reminder for a journey but you can't re-open that journey reminder to view your connections and such. Also, once the reminder has passed the journey is gone altogether. Suggest having a past reminder feature with the ability to view full journeys associated with reminders. Update: never seems to update with any platform/service changes.

Difficult to navigate. Often inaccurate bus arrival times (with live times). Hard to tell what disruptions currently apply and what are upcoming. Active disruptions shoild be colour coded differently to planned upcoming ones. But I do find the app better than trying to use the website/desktop version on my phone. I rely on public transport in Victoria so this app is a necessity for me. If it cpuld be improved, even slightly, I'd be over the moon.

Cumbersome, with a "simple" recharge being more complex than topping up at a PTV service station; route timetables and updates being inconsistent and difficult to locate and decipher; and frequent connectivity issues and app crashes. Any app of this nature should take at most two minutes to locate required information, making each use well beyond acceptable. Both TransLink and Adelaide Metro's apps are consistently intuitive and user-friendly. This one, however, is needlessly flawed.
