For a company that once prided itself on Innovation and new technology, this app really falls short. The app is constantly logging me out. I've used samsung pass which works for everything else, even Norton. But not for this app. I constantly have to type in the log in information after looking it up each time because I have too many passwords to remember. It's a pain. Why does this app log me out so often. Can it not recognize me and my family. Because we all have the same problem.
I really depend on this app because I order and have delivered her medicine, who lives over a 1000 miles away. She doesn't drive so this service is invaluable. Recently when I pay for her medicine the "Have It Delivered" button is not functioning, I contacted customer service and they gave me a work around. As someone else mentioned they don't seem in a hurry to fix the app. If I continue having these issues then next time I visit her, Walgreens is getting our business, their app does work!
It will not load anything on the app itself. I have had issues with it auto refilling my prescriptions, which I like to pick up on the same day. It crashes or doesn't send requests through promptly or at all. It doesn't work was an accurate assessment.
Lots crashes and error messages. Also, what's the point of setting up a biometric login when the app still forces you to perform a manual login? Too bad their apps aren't anywhere as good as their stores.
So far this app has been very useful. I was all the time forgetting when my prescriptions needed to be filled. How many refills I had left. I'm also in charge of my husband's so it was a little difficult to keep track of. This app has made a world of difference. It's very easy to use. It's very easy to set up. You no longer have to take all your medicines to the doctor cuz they're on your phone. This app has been quite helpful in many things. Thank you for making this app and making it free.
Setup put me into an endless loop of confirmations by text and email. I created an extra secure password - really long with symbols and numbers but the app preferred a short, insecure password instead. I finally gave up after spending way too much time on an app that I really don't need.
Same problem as other users having recently. Will no longer allow me to log in. Somebody broke something. I can log in through the website. It's only the app that will no longer allow login. Edit: Devs must have fixed the app with the 3/29 update. I can now log in again with my existing email and password--no customer care call necessary
None of the call or email functions work. Anyone else have this trouble with Android? It would be nice if my preferred pharmacy was saved rather than me having to search for it every time. Would also be nice if the call feature worked.
I do not feel I'm responsible for dealing with the developer of the app. The company that pays for the app, Publix, should be the one getting it right. That job should not be passed on to me. I will try the app one more time when I need it. If it seems to me that the problems I reported to Publix have been fixed, good. If not I will no longer use the app and that's the end of that. I was sent a do not reply Publix email. I think that is obviously pathetic in a case like this.
Uninstalled, reinstalled, try to login, get "call customer care"... Time and time again. About the only thing one can do is quick scan a Rx. That is the ONLY thing this app is good for. If that is what you want, then this is for you.
This app is trash. I've had to log in every time, though I asked the app to remember my user name and selected biometric log-in.Like many others, I have recently been unable to log in to the pharmacy app, though I've had no issue with Publix's main app. It is a good idea in theory and should be easy for the company to execute; however, it's easier to log in via the website to manage your prescriptions. You can also give the pharmacy your number and request text alerts with no need for the app.
So this app was good and now I can't login? I tried resetting my password with the same issue. So I logged in from the actual site on chrome and my password is fine but the app is being weird. I uninstalled it with the same issue. This isn't convenient Honestly with the response and the current reviews I don't think this is a me issue. My account is fine it's an application issue. I just won't be using the app if the problem continues.
All the sudden I cannot see any of my prescriptions I am not listed as a patient but then when I try to add myself it says I'm already listed as a patient why can't you fix this app? There appears to be a lot of problems with it.
This app is broken. I can't even login anymore. I changed the password, went to login and it tells me my login is wrong. Although my same login on a PC is just fine. Also, make this damn app Android friendly. It won't let me pick or set saved passwords. Also whenever I asked to remember me or use biometric, it never did that. This application sucks. I'm considering moving my prescriptions with how bad this app is. Also your terms are not viewable. Which I'm pretty sure you can get in trouble.
The app used to be great, but now it doesn't accept my password, even as I've had to change it a dozen times, and then when you try to pay, it says it can't complete the transaction, even through the payment went through. Then it wants you to call the Customer Service number. What should be making my life easier, has made it 10 times more annoying.
This app has a lot of issues with not being able to load..May be my phone..I just haven had a lot of luck with it!
Use to be a good app don't know what y'all did but I have the same problem apparently most your commenters have . The app will no longer let me log in which kinda makes it useless . I love Publix but someone has done them a disservice when they changed this app. By reading the other comments alot of good customers have been frustrated trying to refill or check their meds . Tried changing password many times everything goes though then you go to sign in and it tells you it's wrong . I give up.
Had to reset password I've had for years ... difficult process as even though codes sent was unable to verify email address. Way too much time hassling with it.
Not very impressed with performance. Perhaps some bugs fixed on scheduling vaccinations have been fixed with new update.
Most broken down app honestly if I wanted to talk to someone I would I've changed the password I can log into the club side of it but everytime I try to use pharmacy app it says login error please contact customer service be better honestly.
Does not show prescription filled in-store. Does not tell you what or when to pickup. Appears to be good for refills from app only.
It doesn't fricking work! After I paid, it won't let me use delivery, when my store is 2 miles away. I am going to use Mark Cubans Cost Plus drug company....his prices are 50% lower than GoodRX, SingleCare and Blink.
Was going to give a one star, but I found out that I was signed up under a different email that I thought I had changed. It was allowing me to log in with two different emails. So if you log in and try to see your prescriptions and it won't let you and it wants you to add a patient, and then it this may be your issue also. Thank you Support
When I first got the app it worked fine. In the last year it's been impossible to use. I have had to go online and keep up with my prescriptions etc. I have uninstalled numerous times and still no joy π€¨.
9/21: Buffers forever between scree!ns. Spend minutes to check out one prescription with credit card on record. 3/22: Problem continues. Have followed Customer Care suggestions including deleting ap & reinstalling, also deleting cache, wiping memory. Once in while a charge goes through, but usually balks at completing purchase. IS THERE A $$ LIMIT ON ALLOWED CHARGES? On 3rd try chge of approx $15 went through for me, but no luck on chge of near $1000 for bunch of wife's sign-in. App 2.6.4.198843
Each time I close the app i am required to download the app again to re-open it. Very annoying.
I finally got logged in after changing my password a dozen times. I immediately tried to set up a bio-scan, you know, so I won't waste time changing my password a DOZEN times just to get my heart medicine! As soon as I clicked, it logged me out. This app is pure garbage, and the developer should be ashamed. ππ»π©π»βπ¦³ππ»
Let's you request refills and let's you know when they are ready. You can also pay in advance. Only problem is when I have prepaid a couple of times, I had to open the app to prove it to the cashier at the pharmacy. Then they went to the pharmacist to make sure it was OK to release my prescriptions. Kind of frustrating. Also they need a driver thru for convenience.
Receiving an error message every single time I attempt to pay in advance almost makes this app useless for me. It causes even more confusion for the pharmacy when the payment actually goes through, despite the error message.
This app has so many problems: it's slow, it constantly has you re sign in, it crashes, etc etc. The one thing I've noticed is that when people leave a comment here about the problems they're having there's always a response about contacting customer service. It would be so much better if instead you would actually fix the app instead of telling each and every customer to contact you. My guess would be for everyone comment theirs 20 to 30 people that aren't leaving a comment that are having problems. Publix is such a great store, to include their pharmacy. However, stop putting the problem back on the consumer and just fix the app.
