My phone no longer sees this app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times and watch isn't seen. What's going on...watch was working well for a few months.UPDATE. I emailed PUBU and quickly got a response to my issue. I was told to press the reset on the watch, which is found on the app. Once that's done, delete app and reinstall. I did that and it now works perfectly. Thanks Alice from PUBU for your quick response!!

It's okay I guess just wish the app would be faster I try the "Look More Training Data" and it stays blank and it would be nice if you could keep all the faces you download instead of having to re-download what you already have.And to be able to change the sports mode from steps to swimming or something like that or does it do it automatically?

This watch has been a thorn in my side. It stopped working a year ago and then out of nowhere started again it just stopped working 2 weeks ago so I recommend not buying this saving your$45.00 (what I paid) put it towards rec'd Fit devices that can monitor your heart rate etc accurately and are reliable with way more features. Trash

Sometimes great, sometimes meh... Right now the weather outside is 30 some degrees and my watch is telling me it's 68° and I don't know why. The settings are correct for my location I've removed and reconnected I've tried everything I can think of My weather is lying to me 🤷‍♀️

Only tracked my steps for 2 weeks. Customer service is useless. The watch doesn't have a sensitivity setting so it doesn't wake up when you move your wrist. Fix your product!!!

I would certainly not recommend this watch. It seems to have a mind of its own. It works whenever it wishes. Does not respond to promptings to tell the time. The watch stem does seem to work all the time; neither does the touching of the watch screen. It's extremely frustrating to use. I tried updating the firmware but that takes FOREVER! IT DOESN'T END. When I try to end it or come out of that mode, the app does not respond. This is TRASH! A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!

Was working good, then all of a sudden can't open app on phone. And not getting text and calls on watch. Ugh. Went to reset watch and now with different time than what it is.

Great. I'm glad to have a way to program the settings for my watch. You know what would be nice though? If you add Tetris to the available games to play on the watch. That would be amazing :))

Works great when connected. The bluetooth is always dropping so its gets out of sync with the app. Not sure its the watch or the app but its clearly a problem that needs to be fixed for good use. I keep having to reset to re-establish the connect so I end up losing data.

I've had my watch for a month now & I've found it terrific. The app is easy to install & navigate, however it does tend to disconnect from the ph occasionally but going into the watch part of the app reconnects it immediately, tho it does it on its own eventually. It does everything it says it does, I can see my text messages, the weather, connect to my music or gallery, plus check body stats. For $40 this is brilliant, best buy I've had in ages!

The sleep data is dropped about every three days. The third day drops and the two days before the become the same. Not very useful. Taking the watch back asap as it tells me I'm sleeping at work while it is counting my steps. On my second watch and this one is not too bad. But sleep tracker on the app is rubbish. It just makes stuff up. Even if it was right in the morning it will change during the course of the day. What is on the watch in the morning is right but the app needs lots of work.

I had this app for a while.. It been disconnected for about a month.. Its up and running for the past week now. PUBU FIT did a software upgrade, the app is running fine now. I'm glad 😌 I stayed with them , the app was great before the disconnection issues.. All the features that comes with the app such as weather, step count, hrs of sleep is working and syncing with my Samsung Note9. As with anything else its not 100% accurate but its definitely in the right range! Welcome back PUBU!!

It will not sync correctly with the steps on my phone, so the number of steps on my phone and the number steps on the watch/app are all different. The watch works which is great but the step count is all off, which frustrates me (the whole point of me buying the watch). Also, I guess mine had a glitch or it still has it idk but the screen was flickering and for three days it stayed at saying "FINSH" I was unable to turn it off so I had to let it die. On the bright side it lasted three days.

It seemed to be working reasonably well for the fortnight or so that I used it. Then I installed the latest update and since then every time i try to use the app I get error messages saying it has stopped and when I try and re-open it it stops again. I hope the developersee this cos I can't contact him/her via the app cos it keeps crashing. I'm using Galaxy S8 with Android 7. Like I said it WAS working OK. 🤔😒

Works great for me. Havent had any problems wit it, although it wud b nice to hav sum more different watch faces.

At first I really liked this app; it worked well and there were no problems setting it up. But then about a month later I started having problems. First of all, when ever I go to the app to find how I slept and there is no data showing up! At first I fixed this by exiting out of that sleep data and then going back into it again, but now it's not showing up no matter how many times I exit out of it. And now it's doing the same thing to all the other data like my steps. I am deleting this app.

This app keeps crashing, it will not let me open the app as it keeps saying that pubufit keeps stopping, I will rate this better if this issue is resolved. Thanks

This watch does what it is suppose to do. There is a reset you can use on the watch. I used it and it was quick. Everything works again.

This app is brilliant. So easy to navigate and does so much plus long charge life. Admit the instruction manual is a bit useless but when you find how to use all the things within the app it is so easy. Had a Fitbit before which constantly didnt sync and messages came thru to fitbit late. Wish I had found this anko watch which cost $39 as opposed to fitbit $279!! much earlier. Cant understand why those negative comments appear in the reviews. Pubufit works great for me.

This app was required for my new low-end smart watch. It was absolutely useless. I couldn't open the app; every time I tried it entered an endless loop of requesting the same permissions over and over. The app has now been uninstalled and the watch returned.

Its really good but can you please add making notes in the watch and all mesages should be shown

Very Very Average, while it works it is extremely basic, one of the least featured apps of its kind in the store. I would love to know of another app that will pair with the watch but sadly this seems to be the only one. Seems a wasted opportunity, I would avoid the watch and the app.

Nice watch and worked fine for A DAY. Now my watch wont pair with my phone all put the sudden. I've reset the watch and deleted the app then redownload the app and it's so not pairing. Not sure what happened but I'll be returning this watch and deleting this app. Its trash.

Terrible watch and application. Such a hassle to use and it feels like the app is not synced with the watch. Also, I tried adjusting the time. Such a pointless application and purchase.

When setting up the birthday theres no Febuary, instead theres 2 March. And the sleep tracking doesnt show up at all on the app which seems pointless that I have to have it on for the watch to track sleep. And there should be an option to have notifications from Facebook messenger. Everything else is ok and works.

Will not let me download app completely. I've tried again and It just says pending - for the last 4 or so hours. My phone specs are meant to be compatible and internet reception is fine. So it's obviously a glitch with the app😔 No response from emailing the app creator. Very frustrating 😣

I just got my watch and installed the app on a Samsung 10e. It was easy but doesn't talk to Samsung Health 😞. At first I thought it only had 4 watch faces but then I found the"more watch face" and there are so many. I decided to upload my own picture to the editable watch face. The sleep reading seemed off. I fell asleep in the living room for a couple hours and then went to bed. I felt like I sleep 8 hours but the app said 4 hours so I'll see what it says tonight. So far it's good enough.

The reason for getting this app/ phone was the sleep monitoring. It doesn't work. It doesn't show getting up in the night as wake time. It says I'm sleeping when I've been up an hour or more in the morning. Not recommended.

Unable to open. The screen asking for storage comes up, I give permission, and the same screen returns. I have gone deep in my phone, all settings are fine. Unable to link. Returning it.

Please fix the weather for the watch please. The weather is sometimes on and off.
