Time To Get With The Program! There is no way to add a favorite place. Recently, I followed directions very well, so it told me to walk towards a road and I do. Tells me to take right which was wrong! I walked some ways until I opened up my Maps app and what ya know! I was supposed to go left. Same app when I downloaded years ago.....time to do some work over there!
Samsung OS Update Crashes App It used to be useable for me, but once I accepted the recent Samsung software update I no longer am able to even open the app. This isn't the Trip Planner App Devs' fault so much as it is Samsung's. That said, whoever manages the app should make an update. This effects many commuters like myself who use buses to get to work. I do not wish for I or others to have their work or appointments hindered by lacking a reliable bus schedule and route to their destination.
I downloaded this app because it was designed for us locals. It worked 1 time when I initially opened it. Then when I opened it the next day I got a black screen. The back arrow on my phone wouldn't even work. This app is useless.
Unusable. On launch, the app crashes and closes instantly (after uninstall/reinstall, etc). It's been like this for months. How can you release an updated version and still have fatal errors like this?
crashes everytime I even open the app. worked on my old phone, fresh install on new phone won't even launch. Still crashed often on old phone, but at least it worked to some degree. Fix it and I'll update my rating.
The planner gives good information on all modes of public transpotation unless there are planned reroutes or alerts.As I write this review, there is a parade rerouting at least 5 routes. None of them show an alert with this app. You have to use multiple websites to make make this app accurate or expect to be late to work. Fix the alert and my rating goes to at least 4 stars.
Would have used it, but it doesn't recognize street addresses or state highways. Google maps is better and the only thing missing is the cost of the trip. I'll live.
App doesn't offer accurate times and sometimes no routes for downtown Seattle trips. The map will sometimes freeze and can't access the app unless you restart your phone.
The website can find my home address but the app can't? Thanks, but I'll just use the desktop site feature on my phone's browser. Damn, how much of my tax and fare dollars did you waste on this?
Very inaccurate, from my experience listed time of arrival has always been +/- 5 minutes off. Never seen it less than that.
Please just set up a partnership with One Bus Away and end the pain already. Haven't been able to open the app for a week. Keeps crashing on open.
force closes every time it is started on a stock pixel 2 xl. multiple bug reports have been submitted but problem has not been resolved months later.

This app no longer works in Android. It crashes immediately upon opening, every single time. Worthless.
App no longer opens. I believe this is due to multiple android updates and no app update in the last 2 years. Please remove feom Google Play if you have no further intentions of supporting the app.

Used it for my job interviews. Although I didn't get any of the jobs I took a bus to, it delivered a list of reliable bus times and saved me from a few close calls
doesnt work with android 9.0. this app always force closes when opening on android 9.0. needs to be updated to work with new OS
Crashes every time. Developers obviously have not caught up with the latest Android update.
Doesn't even show bus routes from park and rides.... In the middle the day, it says "No service, please select a different date and time"

I'm giving this app a 1 ☆ since I can't access the app at all. I try to open it and then it just closes almost instantly!
Lately this app has been useless. I try to use the trip planner to go from one address (my work) to another (home) and the plan trip button is greyed out. I close and restart the app and have to enter the addresses all over again. If it starts working as expected, attempting to view the trip on the map crashes the program. This is especially frustrating when one is en-route and the app doesn't remember the last trip. Major debugging needed.
