Pujie Black Watch Face

Not bad, but definitely a learning curve. The search function is buried in the catalog tab, but the cloud itself opens the Gallery, so it looks like there IS no search. Various watch companies mean some faces seem to be for specific watches; maybe create categories so I'm not looking at Oppo watch faces when I can't use them anyway? EDIT: managed to miss the brightness settings like a dummy.

3/17/22: watch app updated, now crashes my Fossil Gen 5 to default watch face. Used to be gold, is not working today. Update: way worth the effort. Customization is deep and easy with the companion app. Power use is low and with my custom made face I actually get a longer life than the default Fossil faces. Would very much highly recommend that you wait out the Google play bug and give this app a shot.

Latest update wouldn't render any of my custom or default faces... found a fix. Went into the graphics tab of the watch part library and suddenly everything began loading.

This app was working great until it updated. Now I've completely lost ALL of my presets, and my Galaxy Watch 3 is crashing when I try to make a new one. I will be terminating this subscription!!!

Great app but the 5.0 version seems to have broken radial gradients. They now appear much sharper/sudden on the watch vs the phone screen and nothing I do seems to change that.

Good basic customizable faces with lots of options even without paying for the cloud access, but I paid for the app and tried to install on my Active 2 before finding out it is not even supported on that particular watch

Fantastic watch customization app! I almost never buy apps but this is 100% worth it. Powerful tools but simple to get started with.

Love this app, at least I did until it updated very recently. Every single watch face I had saved or create will not show after I send to my watch, I just get a blank watch face.

Update: the fix works. I had tried to fix it myself in other ways but it took clearing data of play store. Thanks and I will keep it in mind if it happens again! Used to be great but after the last update it thinks I don't have a subscription but I definitely paid for it for a year which isn't up til Dec and I can't get it to see that I paid for it already. Glad I wasted my money on that

I've tried several watch face editors, and this one's the best by far. It's a steal at its current price. The editor itself is solid and well-designed (much more so than the competitors), and the sharing mechanism is a great touch for those of us lacking in artistic creativity. No problems with battery life; it's dependent on both what the face does and how much you check it. My current face is more complicated than my previous one made with another app, and battery lasts as long or longer.

This is definitely the best watch face app I've used. The watch face maker is extremely detailed which means there is a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it the options really are endless. Occasionally I do have to reopen the app on my phone to get the weather and whatnot to update, but I suspect that's got more to do with my phone than the app

The good: large selection of faces.The bad: I am only trying to edit existing faces, and find that the editor is extremely difficult to use. It is nearly impossible to figure out which selection is already made. if tapping a component in the watch face in the editor automatically selected the corresponding editing block. The entire app would go from nearly unusable to easy to use. But I had other problems as well.

I love how customizable the watch face is. If you're an artist (I'm not), I'm sure it's possible to create some beautiful faces. My only complaint is that the battery and weather mini icons I set up on the watch face don't update reliably. It was saying I had 90% battery on my phone when it was at 55%! I had to open the app on my phone for it to update. Update: If you lock the app in the recent apps page (tap the app icon), it fixes the problem because the app doesn't close in the background.

Essential for a smart watch owner, especially WearOS. The cloud library is amazing, so many different watch faces from people and the best part is, if you find something that you like but isn't quite what you want, you can edit it to include whatever you need. Only reason for taking a star off is that the cloud library is paid outside a 15 day trial. I understand why but if you're not creative it's hard to make your own watch face that looks good. Considering its a paid app. Excellent app

Update: changing my review based on the price change and flexibility of app. No longer have to pay twice. Now have the choice to subscribe to a cloud library or create from scratch with your own options and complications. --------------------------------------------- Purchased on phone but when trying to install on watch it asked for another 1.99. not gonna be able to do it. Features look cool and design process is nice but I can't see myself paying twice for the same app.

I really like the app. Great functionality, but a bit tricky UX, if you want to customize watchface deeply. But I want to report a bug. I can't set multimedia buttons to work with Youtube music. I can see YouTube app, browsers but there is no YT music in the list of apps, when I try to set multimedia buttons in TAP drawer. It's very important feature for me. Would very appreciate if you can fix it. Thanks.

This app is extremely well made and customizable. It can be a learning curve if you're using it for the first time but that is what makes it such an awesome tool. I made my own custom watch face and I'm really pleased with the look and feel as well as the animation between normal and ambient display. I also appreciate the added functionality. I wish that is had better integration with google fit bit that is a minor complaint.

This is the best option if you're the type of person that always wants something truly unique. You have control of every single pixel on your smartwatch screen and the cloud library is amazing for finding inspiration and showing off your design skills and creativity! I felt in love with this app and will most likely never go back to pre-made and pre-programmed watchfaces again.

Tap actions settings now broken after update. It wont "see" watch apps for assignment anymore. When it does it's never nearly all of them. Especially Google pay. Have to go into watch app drawer and open manually. Annoyed. Was perfect. Have tried resets, reinstalls. No luck. Tickwatch pro, wear os 2.2. Help please. *Edit. Latest update seems to have fixed all the issues I had! Once again perfect! Thanks for all the support and help! Best watch face app.

Just purchased this app. My first impression is good, the editing and designing part is good. However, the AOD does not work most of the time, even after restarting the watch repeatedly, and then it suddenly appear when I'm about to give up trying. I'm using a Samsung Active watch. Hope the AOD matter can be resolved soonest to make this app perfect.

Excellent app. Brought it to make my own watch faces and it hasn't disappointed. It is very comprehensive and allows you to customise so many features of the watch face that it truely feels like your own creation. Only negative is that it is a little tricky to get to grips with it, but the app gives you a live display which you can push to the watch immediately so you can see all your hard work.

I like it. I customized a face that finally matches my needs....well mostly. I posted to the reddit form about this. Anyways, i put a timer complication on my face. It seems to work well but it doesnt update constantly. I need to touch the screen for the countdown to update. Maybe there is a way to fix this. Not sure though. Next, I cant quite figure out how to add a now playing complication to my watch face. 5 stars if I can get some help for these two things.

10/10. Incredibly flexible. You can program elements using JavaScript, so honestly you could have a watch face consisting of anything you're capable of coding. I was having a problem with my watch being incompatible with a tiny feature so I emailed the support email address. They emailed me 20 minutes later to troubleshoot and they updated the app the very next day to improve compatibility with my watch. Best app I've ever downloaded, paid or not.

This is my go-to watch face at least 90% of the time. On weekends I might switch to something that lets me show a fun graphic, and when I travel I might switch to a dual time zone display, but the powerful options of Pujie Black combined with the low power consumption really makes it a must for my work week. I use faces where calendar events show in a ring around the outside edge of my watch - a line between the 1 and 2 on the face tells me I have an hour-long meeting right after lunch - few other faces have that option, and most don't offer the customization and widgets this does - and almost every third party watch face drains my battery faster, in my experience. I'm toying with buying a Samsung watch, and honestly - the lack of this face on that platform is affecting my decision. Yes, it's that good.

Lots of nice customization. However, on multiple watches--including my current Huawei Watch 1--the animations are very very laggy/choppy. Very distracting and a little bummed I have to wait for it to stutter to life to see the details of the face. I check it every once in a while to see if it's improved, but it's been like this for months/years.
