App is ok but constantly feel like it's hard to reduce my spend - e.g. I accidentally added two of an item and it took a while to figure out where to remove one from my basket (not available from the basket itself, have to click to editing page), and couldn't enter first order discount code at payment page, it's on the next page. Feels like they are trying to trick you into spending more and hoping you don't follow it up later.

The app recalculates the real thresholds for free s&h only at the final purchase step so, if you have other discounts and you're in that exact "sweet spot", it gives you the illusion that you'll pay less, just until the end. This is the most annoying thing this kind of apps can do, it literally makes you want to cancel your purchase.

Goes out of its way to make putting in promo codes difficult to put in. Specifically downloaded the app to get 10% off my first order and the code did nothing once it was entered.

Awful shopping experience, awful customer service... They are the God of capitalism with all their attitudes. It has been 2 weeks to receive my parcels and they can't do it before it gets a month after the purchase. When you talk to a customer service agent, what you get is some robotic explanations. There will be no more purchases from this brand. They act like an amateur

This app won't let me view all the items in my cart before my purchase, it only shows 2 or 3 of the items of the 10 or so that are there. I also can't remove any of the items from the cart as they are not showing, although the price is added on and it says there are much more items in my cart then are appearing on screen. I suppose it's a good app for browsing clothes but if you actually want to buy anything it will be very difficult, unless you don't mind not knowing what you are paying for, in which case, go for it. Edit: The new update seems to have fixed the problem with the cart items, however now whenever I try to remove something from my cart it somehow deletes my entire shopping cart. Then when I re-open the app everything is back in the cart including the item I wished to remove. Tried doing this multiple times with the same result. Terrible app, do not bother installing it.

You lost a customer After ordering paying and waiting 3 days for a top and some jewellery in the German market I get an email that some items in my order are not available due to a shortage of stocks that included the top.I was mad but what can you do. I order a different top form the click&collect option in the Croatian market,thinking they cant have a shortage because its in the store already.Another email 20 minutes before I was arriving at the store,saying that my order was cancelled,again.

The app can be a bit "buggy" sometimes.I have been having problems with the search bar as all the thumbnails appear black. To see them I have to input into the search abr again.This can be quite time consuming and irritating. Apart from that, the app is ok. A thing to further improve upon, and whilst it might not directly relate to the app it relates to the whole brand anyway: sustainability. If P&B can further improve upon they are bound to attract even more costumers.

Wow. Worked amazingly bad. Couldn't visit pull and bear site from browser, was told I had to download app to even see the items, so I did it and opened the app, and was shown the same message. Download the app. Then the app had a link that went to play store and showed me an app, that I could choose to Uninstaller or open, so I visited the app. To get the same message again. Amazing.

Unable to purchase on the app, when I go the complete a purchase it asks to log in or register, however when I try register it just says my information is invalid. So I was unable to buy the items I wanted, such a shame as there is no store near me

Committed to getting a gift for someone off here but the app is a pile of 💩. It's super slow, laggy, doesn't remove things from your basket when you want it to or it clears your basket then once you add the items back in tries to charge you double. Absolute joke, and as for the 10% off for downloading the app, what a load of 💩 that is too didn't even work even though it said it was applied never using this again just want my order and then deleting straight away

Dark mode needs to be available on every app, given the visual soverstimulation these days. In addition, I'd like my favorite list to be saved for as long as I wish, not delete by itself. If an item is no longer available it can simply say that.

Clunky, unclear,confusing and frustrating. You tap on items and different items appear. Discount code for downloading the app not recognised at all. All in all VERY poor. I got to point where I felt like giving up and ditching.

I have issues with my order, I wrote about 4 mails to cancel one of my orders, tried reaching out through "live chat" function and also called the helpline number. Neither the app nor the wehsite provides any cancellation option, may be I just won't pay anything, such a blunder. I haven't got any reply to my queries and it's been 2 days. Bad experience.

I placed my first order and ordered 3 items, received just one...This still hasn't been resolved. I want the items to be sent to me or a refund to be processed because this is beyond ridiculous. First experience ordering from pull&bear and I will definitely never do it again!

I haven't used full functions yet. But i realize if you maximize the numbers of saved or purchased items, the app tend to have difficult time to process. In the end it end up crashing so I tend to reduced the items through website as the app doesn't reacts well Also it's frustrating when the filters doesn't work 100% like the items are shower but it wasn't according to the filter (you select size s & m but you still get size for L when size S & M are sold out). There are more to improve.

App and website doesn't provide a way to return your package and the link they put in the email for this takes you to a screen where nothing loads. Same thing with the app, it doesn't allow you to return and takes you to the same page regardless of what you press, it is very large and takes ages to open.

Very rarely able to complete an order by phone as it won't let me login to my account when trying to actually purchase the order. Usually have to go on the laptop. Also difficulties applying promotional codes.. Basically great except for not being able to complete orders
