The app did not have an option for me to request days off like the other people at the job and there was not an update pending to fix that either

I had downloaded, re-downloaded multiple times, bought a new phone because the app developers said it was my phone, and I still don't have all the widgets I'm suppose to. Really need this for my job! So annoying!!

I can not get it to load certain features that my fellow co-worker has on his Iphone. It freezes a lot and I have to uninstall it and re install it and it still does not always work. Should have all features available to everyone regardless of phone type. Also it is very diffucult to select the tiles you want. Needs to be worked on upgraded and fixed to be better. It is an average at best app. I use it for work otherwise I would not have it.

REALLY annoying. The app worked just fine and all of a sudden I can't log into my account and it requires me to log-in by password which apparently isn't correct when I know it is exactly what I had put before. I cannot reset my password because when it says it will send a confirmation to my email to reset it...IT DOESN'T EVEN EXIST! I don't know why this app is being like this all of a sudden. You guys need to fix the password change issue for android. I need to be able to see my work schedule.

I can not get my schedule to load. I have logged out, I have updated, I have restarted my phone, I uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same "alert" message. And this has been happening for over a month now if not almost 2. I'm about to tell my manager I'm done with the app and I'll just have to use pen and paper for when I need time off.

What's the point of this app? After months and countless password resets, could finally log in for the first time. Now an entire module doesn't work/displays a pop-up error (time off - the only thing that seems of any value). Do people actually use this? Seems like a waste of time and storage space.

This app was working fine but in the past two weeks it won't even open on Android! Will change the rating once this gets fixed

More often than not, this app doesn't work. And when it actually logs in, as soon as i click on anything it will just spin and spin without loading, until the session times out. I barely bother using it anymore because the 25% of the time that it is actually functioning isn't worth the effort of the failed attempts.

Who knows if it does any of the things you asked in questions before you get to write your review? After first installation and login it fails and consistently gives "network connection failed." I can uninstall and reinstall and I can get in again, but only once, on subsequent login attempts it fails and gives "network connection failed" ridiculous to have to uninstall/reinstall every fricking time I need to access the app, which is near daily.

you cant see anyone elses schedule to know who you work with, it's not easy to use, very complicated

Ever since downloading the app nothing has worked, it basically looks like a blank app with some options to pick, but if i pick any of them, like schedule, i get nothing but error messages. It's become a problem because now it's more difficult for me to request days off since my jobs relys on this app.

Just changed my password, but passwords have to changed every 10 days that has to be completely unique....come on. The app asked to create 4 digit pin to login quickly. But that never works, every time I login I have to complete the whole username and full password song and dance . I dont have full functionality, tiles appear blank, have to restart most times. Small business owners.....dont do it. Corporate restaurants, stop forcing this app

I keep trying to reset my password, but every time I send the notification, I am not receiving any password reset messages in my emails. I need to get into my account, but I can't remember my original password, so I'm currently in an endless cycle of confusion and stress because the app is not helping me in the slightest.

This is the worst app I've ever encountered. I just reset my password and it won't let me login, saying it's incorrect when I know for a fact I put it in correctly. On top of that, it won't send me an email to reset it again. I'm frustrated and I can't get through to my schedule because this app is incompetent.

I live on Pluse... I spend a good 3-4 hours a day look through the LIVE and past data. It guides my day and drives my decision shaping the very direction I pursue and driving my engines. I will say that it could use some updating and new tricks but I love it for what it contributes to the success of my business.

This is a waste of time and data. Businesses should look elsewhere for their labor and scheduling needs. The consistent failure of this app in every single way gives one the impression that this program is designed to scam businesses. With absolutely zero redeeming qualities, I suggest uninstalling, rating it one star, and everyone tell their boss that this program is so abysmally flawed that if you are late or miss a shift it's due to the trash app that is Pulse and therefore you should be excused. I've never reviewed something so poorly, but I sincerely find that this app must be fleecing businesses to turn a profit. GET THIS OUT OF THE MARKET PLEASE!

Very poor product design and functionality. How this app/company landed Firehouse of America is beyond me. Two weeks in a row my app crashes and loses my counts as I finish my inventory counts. Looks like it's back to good ol' paper products and hand writing inventory again.

I absolutely hate this app!!! Everytime I push the scheduling button the app crashes & don't tell me I need to update this app. I try and see if there's an update all the time to fix this crapapp. If you dont need this app pls stay far far far away from it.

Can not log into "real time" or "forecasted sales"? The tiles are just not on the update? just videos and Tutorials on how to use tiles I no longer have ?! This app has always been useful in the past, get it together guys.

awful. i cant recover a new password because it wont send an email to my account. i know it's the right one, double checked. it just wont send, so Im stuck with no way of checking my schedule.

Horrible. Why have an app if you can't log in?! You have to change your password every time you want to log on. Cheap version of hotschedules for sure. Fix the bugs!

Solid program when it works. Downside is that it constantly resets, and depending on the day it will not have the currents days info. Perhaps the server needs updating

This app is trash and if I could give it a -5 stars I would. I have to get a new password everytime I log in otherwise it says Network Connection failed, also the password I got to from you guys isnt even working

Wont let me edit requests. I mistakingly tapped saturday instead of sunday and when i fo backto edit it doesnt do anything it also wont let me delete requests so it makes it harder for my managers and me.

Like many people. I have to uninstall and reinstall in order to log back into the app. With so many complaints about this issue you would think that someone would try and fix it.

Crashes every time you log in. "Network Connection Failed". Have to reset password every time. Very frustrating, bad app!
